I find Huntington Bank making it harder and harder to justify using. They have reduced hours permanently so that there is not a day they are open later (like a Friday when most people get paid). No worries, you can do most basic functions at the ATM- wrong. 3 times in the last month I have attempted to deposit pay using the ATM at this location and it is not able to take deposits. Huntington was chosen because of its convenience to my work. It is no longer convenient when I have to drive to another location out of my way.

Huntington offers a promotion of $150 free money to get you to open a account there but when it's time to honor their promotion they dont. I called to inquire and was told it would be in my account within 5 business days. I called back after 2 weeks only to be told by Jim the manager that his employee didn't tell me I'd have it within 5 days. Basically being called a liar. Very unprofessional to say the least.

I freaking LOVE this bank. Their customer service is really top-notch. They have so many great benefits too - Early Pay, Standby Cash, a checking account you don't have to pay a monthly fee on, etc. I got help from Amy Macomber with some financial issues and she was really professional, kind and knowledgeable. Highly recommended if you live in the area!

Crooks. Widowed in April and closing an account that is no longer used since buying my husbands monument. Monthly service fee has been eating away at what was left. Finally made it in to close account on 10/22. Another service fee came out on 10/21. But, they took another 5.00 out today for this months cycle (which started today.) But last month it came out on the ladt billing day. They get you coming and going. Glad I'm no longer one if their customer's!

A really good bank but a credit union (any) is more helpful with credit building. Things that are difficult for Huntington (loans, mortgage) are easy for credit unions.

Management at this branch has repeatedly demonstrated an inability to retain and safeguard documents and respond to reasonable requests for information.

I have just about had it with Huntington Bank :( The customer service gets lower every week as Huntington finds every excuse to limit customer service and availability....... Today the Branch was closed unexpectedly with me waiting in line i am told i can not withdraw or deposit funds --- WTF is going on

Just wanted to say if your trying to build credit or get a loan at anytime in your life then Huntington is not the place for you. I built my credit without these guys and so can you.

General help is good. Do not try to get a loan through this bank unless you have a lot of money, and don't really need a loan. On three separate occasions I've been jerked around. Will tell you anything you want to hear just so they can run your credit, then string you out a couple of weeks just to tell you they can't/won't do business with you. Would not return phone calls. Yet when I show up at the bank would need additional paperwork which I could have brought had someone called and let me know. Also, when I showed up at the bank I was left with the feeling that I was interrupting something important. Like they had better things to do. I suppose if I had hundreds of thousands of dollars they may have treated me better. On all three occasions I went to other banks and was treated better AND recieved my loans within two days. Maybe they will be better for rich people, I gross only $120 - 140k per year. And my credit rating is a measly 785.
