A Bit of a Disappointment
I’ll be honest - I waited exactly one year to leave this review because I figured it was fair to give the vehicle a decent chance before jumping to any conclusions. After a year, however, I can say the amount if money I’ve had to put into this car, even with a 6-month warranty, is extremely disappointing.
Within a month of having the vehicle finances from Jackson Auto, Co., one of the calipers seized and leaked, requiring me to spend roughly $1200 to replace the entire brake system. Unfortunately, the warranty only reimbursed roughly $350 of this cost, so it was still a very major repair.
Fast forward to March, within the first six months of having the car, I was driving on the highway when the check engine light came on and began blinking, indicating an urgent repair. Luckily, I was able to roll into a shop to only find out that the starters needed replaced, adding an additional $400 to the repair costs since getting the vehicle.
Next, in comes summer - the hot season. It was to my surprise to discover that the A/C in the car does not work. Due to the cost of roughly $500 to repair, I have yet to get this repair completed and suffered through the hot months with no A/C and leather seats. Needless to say, not fun.
On top of this, some questionable clunking began early 2025, only for me to recently be informed that the shocks/struts needed replaced on the front and back. I was only able to afford the front via payment plan, another $1200 added to repairs with the expectation that the back still needs done, a pending $900.
Overall, it’s clear the car wasn’t well maintained when it sat on the lot, in my opinion. I understand used cars come with unexpected costs. However, I think most people would agree the amount of money I’ve had to shell out for repairs within the first year has been excessive.
Here’s to hoping the next year comes with less issues…

I purchased a car from Jackson Auto co. and I was very happy with my whole experience. They were able to get me financed and into the car I want with the down payment and monthly payments I could afford. The whole crew we delt with were all very nice and very fast. I am 63 years old and this has been the best experience I have had buying a car.

I recently purchased from Jackson Auto at the American 1 Car Sale in August. Rick and Don were amazing to work with and did whatever was needed to make the deal happen for me. This is the 2nd car I've purchased from this dealer and they are always my first go to when shopping for something particular. I had no intentions of walking away that day with a new to me car BUT they made it to easy not to! Thanks Guys!!

Purchased an Audi A6. The deal was completed in about 3 hours and i was delivered the car the very next morning at no extra cost. The car was in flawless condition meeting all my expectations and more. I would buy my next car from here 10/10 experience.

Had a great experience buying a vehicle here. I am out of state and they promptly sent the vehicle free of charge! Quick and hassle free! Chuck was incredibly helpful and patient dealing with my bank who had numerous issues attempting to close my loan. Can’t recommend them strongly enough. Do not hesitate to buy a vehicle here!

Exceptional Service and Support - Would Give More Than 5 Stars if I could!
I recently purchased a used 2005 Dodge Dakota SLT from Jackson Auto Company, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service. The car needed a bit of work, and the dealership went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of. Even after the sale, they addressed some engine issues at no extra cost, despite the vehicle being sold "as-is." Their commitment to customer satisfaction is truly remarkable. They didn’t just sell me a car; they made sure I was taken care of every step of the way.
