Our experience at Jackson furniture outlet was excellent our salesman Andrew Wilson did a wonderful job showing us furniture for our new house and explaining the options they have. The delivery and set up was very professional and personable. We will definitely be going back for any further purchases.

Friendly and comfortable environment. Sales people that let you browse and breathe. Reasonable delivery fees. Don't give your money to the big box stores with all the same products. Jackson Furniture Outlet has unique pieces at affordable prices.

This is the best furniture store in Jackson MI. Modern, Quality furniture at great prices! The moving team is great very professional, didn’t ding anything, took appropriate measures to ensure nothing was damaged. This sectional is so easy to clean the dog fur off of and has withstood many zoomies without damage!

We stopped into the store today and was instantly greeted by Seth, he stopped what he was doing to greet us and explain where everything was. After he directed us to what we were looking for. He let us be and checked on us here and there, but never once pressured us. Seth gave his honest opinions when we asked which was very helpful as well. We looked for about a hour and couldn’t make a decision, we were all over the place. We ended up sitting down with the manager Ray, he gave us his thoughts and explained the couches to us such as how they are made and the materials used. After that we were able to make a choice. We are so thankful for their patience with us. Seth and Ray provided excellent service and we are so thankful for that.

Love Jackson Furniture Outlet and their team. You walk in and they greet you and actually let you browse without pressuring or lingering around waiting to pounce. If you have questions they are very knowledgeable and listen to what YOU want. They even have knocked the price down without my asking on some items and their delivery service is great too.

Went in to view the selection and settled almost immediately on a beautiful sectional and dual recliner love seat, wonderfully priced and super comfortable! On top of that service was phenomenal, the manager Andrew handled all of our transactions exclusively and was extremely professional and easy to talk to. 10 out of 10 recommend shopping here

UPDATE!!! Just had my new furniture delivered, and once again you just can't beat Jackson Furniture Outlet!!! Best prices with easy delivery and the delivery guys were awesome!Just got my new couch! Great customer service, and the delivery guys were great!
