Jackson Mobile Home Park

Hours: Jackson Mobile Home Park is a small, affordable, and family-friendly community. It is described as a great and very reasonable place to live, offering pet-friendly and kid-friendly environments. The park has undergone significant positive changes, improving from a state with run-down trailers to a full and well-kept park. Recent management has stepped things up, with a good, competent, and pleasant team now in place. They are noted for being very friendly and helpful, even assisting families in urgent need. Improvements over the last few years include better roads, lighting, and an upgraded electrical grid. The park also utilizes smart water reads to check on residents. While many homes are older and may need upgrading, the park is a valued place for affordable housing. Although contacting management sometimes requires leaving a message and maintenance requests can be slow due to third-party contractors, recent interactions have been positive. The residences are generally quiet, making it a content and appreciated community for many.
