These people who work here go above and beyond to assist people who obviously can’t read the signs that explain they are not a UPS store or a FedEx center. But they do have to charge for their time. Read the signs, they are in the door. But if you can’t read you are obviously the one that has the problem. Don’t take that out on good honest people who are literally trying to help you. If you’re going to yell and call them names, look in the mirror. You are the one clearly with the issue.

Extremely rude and unhelpful. Started to talk to the customer behind me and help them when I was still in the middle of asking questions. I will never come here again

They must deal with a lot of combative customers because the attitude of the young man working there is terse, curt & clearly ready to go on the offense. I always feel uncomfortable going in there and try to kill with kindness - happily accepting the $2 charge to tape (?!) my package shut, etc. It's giving small business that hates what they do.

Makes sense why is so run down then again it's Jackson business for ya they don't know what there talking about. Told the dude I had qr for a package that's how you get the shipping label they want me to drive all the way to Coldwater just because somebody doesn't want to do their job.

Woman working at the counter was SUPER rude because I had a QR code? After I showed her I already had a label also she reluctantly told me she could print it for me but she had to charge. Do not recommend.

Terrible service! The lady who answers the phone hung up on me when I tried getting assistance in tracking a package they handled. Very rude service.

The young man helping me was impersonal and curt. As polite as I was, I felt like he couldn't wait for me to leave. Also as a side note, it's strange you don't read QR codes yet. Either you're avoiding Amazon returns, or you haven't caught up with times.

I went to the store today with 2 pkgs to return back to Amazon. The young blond woman came up to the desk and was very rude to me. She told me she was very busy, had a ton to do and for me to get on my Amazon acct and go to returns as she went back to work. Several customers came in after me which she helped and they left while I struggled to figure out how to return my packages. When I expressed to her several times that the email she gave me kept failing she completely ignored my requests for help and kept on working. Needless to say I grabbed my packages and left. I will not be back.

Great service and easy to work with. I went here through the pandemic because they didn't require those stupid useless masks. It's been almost 2 1/2 years since the so-called pandemic started, and now all the signs points to masks as being useless and not helpful in preventing the spread of anything. So happy I didn't fall for all the social media hype and BS. I will continue to always support this business.

The Staff here are GREAT! When I come in its usually John, the employee who greets me from the door, makes eye contact with me and smiles EVERYTIME I'm there! Then always says Thank you on my way out! I live across town but I drive to this location because of the great friendly and knowledgeable service! The young lady who works there is wonderful as well, I just don't know her name, I'm sorry but SHES Fabulous!! THANKS PACK N SHIP!!

Rude. Will not take USPS items. Annoyed when you drop off prepaid items like you are bothering them. I was going to buy stamps and ship a package but will go to the UPS store instead. So much for your local one stop shop.
