Why does the store close at 7pm? I haven't been to this store since the pandemic because they close so early. Is it an employee problem?

The receptionist is great and very helpful. Jcpenney is a good place to visit and shop here.

A "big box mall anchor store" that is still in business it's like 1993 all over again.
JC Penney offers a full variety of mid-range clothing, houseware, luggage and even a salon.
I have bought several pieces of luggage here.
