Had my GFs Hyundai Sante Fe towed to Kelleys as all the trouble lights came on and it was stuck in park. They charged me 343 dollars and told me they could still not figure out the issue and it would cost 100s more with no guarantee they could ever figure it out. I then had it towed to the dealer and they found a loose cam sensor. They should not have told me they could fix Hyundais with this type of issue I'm out 500 dollars with the towing for Kellys doing nothing.

My Mazda's electrical system quit working causing the car to stop running at Jackson exit while on a medical trip to Ann Arbor from Illinois. After being towed to Kelly's, they got the car up and running by the next afternoon so that we were able to finish visit in time in Ann Arbor and return to Illinois. My thanks to Bill and his crew in making this happen,

Charged us a stupid amount to simply put a spare tire back and change the oil. Over $300 dollars. Also, the drain plug was lose and started leaking oil. Go elsewhere.

I am only writing in relation to pricing and availability. I wouldn’t normally write a review, but I’m a Jackson resident all my life and you would just expect better from a local business. I was told $1,350 for a Vacuum Pump on a 3.0T Audi A7 2012. Absolutely a smack in the face and trying to take advantage. Automotive Perfection will do it for roughly $900, as well as $900 at Arbor Motion in Ann Arbor. AM said they could get me in the shop in 5 days, while Kelly said I’d have to wait 3-4 weeks. The part is $450-500 if purchased from Audi, and you can even buy the OE supplied part Pierburg from FCP Euro for $150.. So I will just do it myself. The job is realistically 45minutes, but the book time is 1.5hrs. Where do these people come up with $1350 is beyond me. Other than wanting to screw people over and run an unfair business. I suggest this shop to nobody. And this was a simple repair can’t imagine doing a 4-8hr job what it would cost and probably have to wait 6 months. No thank you. And to add, the guys on the phone were eager to answer my questions and help out, and were friendly. Just outrageous, to the point of insulting, price gouging.

Get a second opinion! They tried to take advantage of my 82 year old mother with maintenance and repairs that weren't needed. It sounded suspect, given her car isn't that old with low mileage. They had even tried to get her to commit by calling her a few days later and saying they would lower the price if she came in by that Friday. It's disgusting that this business would try taking advantage of the elderly! I'm glad we took her car to a reputable mechanic in town for a second opinion...Nothing needed repair or maintenance. From now on, we'll stick with honest businesses! In addition, both the dealership and other business were less expensive for ALL of the suggested maintenance, repair and replacement items (that she didn't currently need.)

I highly recommend Kelly Imports! Very thorough, kept us informed about our car. The price wasn't really high for all the work they did. I would give them 10 stars if that was an option.

Had a repair done that had a mishap I called back and asked if they could redo it and not only did they fix it they put a brand new part in for safe measure and did not charge me at all 10/10 service as well

I would not recommend taking a vehicle to this facility. Employees seems friendly but certainly a racket. Took my vehicle here and was ask about a repair and was told if it could be fixed for $300 would I approve the repair. I wasn't told they would charge me $300 for a diagnostic without a repair. Beware of this unethical business.
