Please change ur phone. I have been on meds for my mood for just a month and that phone makes me consider if I even want meds anymore. I called for one question. I just need 30 seconds of ur time but had to go through multiple steps and still didn’t talk to anyone. Anxiety sucks and this place isn’t that helpful for people like me.

They do a lot of bait and switch. It's happened more than once. Put pricing on a row of product but it's not that product that's on sale, very deceiving. And the knucklehead who has yarn in his hair should not be working with the public

Instacart and Kroger Jackson Michigan. Don't bother! I try to ordering from instacart through the Kroger app. I was told that my order would arrive by 8:00 p.m. on Friday night. Then I received a message that said that my order wouldn't arrive until 11 p.m. and then after waiting up until almost 12:00 I received a message that my order wouldn't arrive until the following day between 8 and 12. So I waited and at 12:00 I tried calling the Jackson Kroger store. The manager there couldn't wait to tell me that they had no responsibility for instacart whatsoever. If I had a complaint I should call the 1-800 Kroger number. So I did and I waited and I waited and then when someone answered and I gave them my complaint they asked me to wait on the line. Until of course more than 15 minutes later I was disconnected. I don't know anything about Kroger but I do know one thing I'm going to do my shopping somewhere else. Some other place can take the $800 a month that I've been spending. Instacart... Don't bother! No responsibility equals no customer.

I have to admit it was my fault for going to Kroger's to pick-up a late dinner near closing time. But man was the front staff sure rude about it. I ended up leaving the food I had pick-out. I'm sure other food store staff can be just as rude, but since these other stores have lower prices, I will take my $400 month food budget and spend the majority of it with them. I will still come to Kroger's because they have nice variety, but instead spending the majority of my food budget at Kroger's. I will just buy what I cannot get anywhere else.Rick B.

There customer service is aweful. They will issue cashiers checks and then not cash them at their own convience. If they want to be in the banking service they should honor there own checks!!! For 10 months they have cashed the exact same checks issued to me from a tentant and then today the lazy horrible service people decided they couldnt do it. They lied to me, even when i knew they have too. So now i will have to let the government explain to them how issuing checks and them having to cash them works. I will never spend another dollar with them again!!! They are uneducated jerks!!! I hope they keep losing customers who literially spend a grand month there. Its a horrible business.

After 30 plus years with Kroger pharmacy I switched. On one occasion it took 4 times over 1 week, and on 2 occasions it took 3 times trying to pick up prescriptions not including phone calls. They would say it will be ready such time and it wasn't. I was so done with it!

Very frustrated with the wait times. This is the third time that I’ve gone there after my prescription was sent in the early morning and it’s not ready by late afternoon. Every time I come I get told 40 more minutes. Feels like they won’t fill your script until after you arrive to pick it up. Very poor service

If I could give a negative star I would!! This pharmacy has went from somewhat decent to straight awful!! What I am guessing is the manager pharmacist that first started my new prescription ended up making an entire mess out of all my medications. I am switching to another pharmacy. I got told my medications was ready when I get thier they said I would need to wait another 30 min they wasn't ready so I waited 40 min while doing some shopping come back in to get my prescriptions to be told they can't fill them right now. I was not very pleasant in my reply back and left. I get a message saying they was ready the following day I go to pick them up and once again got told they was not able to be filled. I had it at this point called my doctor's office to switch pharmacies. Mind you I have NEVER had issues getting these medications before and now because of this I will have to pay more for certain prescriptions but it's fine I rather pay a little more than deal with the headache of this pharmacy or pharmacist! I will miss the ladies that ring up the medications they are very pleasant!

They’ve had longer than normal wait times but I still love this pharmacy. Everyone is amazing and helpful and I’m always asked if I have questions or need to speak to the pharmacist. Great customer service all around. Especially Caterina she is always so helpful! Thank you all so much for caring for your patients.

Worst ever, always a wait and never have your ‘script ready when they say it will be. So many excuses, Covid, short handed, don’t have a particular medication. What used to be a good pharmacy, is simply terrible.

If you need cheap prescriptions, Kroger Pharmacy is hard to beat! They almost always have the lowest prices. This one is great because it will take you no time to drop off or pick up your prescriptions because they're really fast here. The people behind the counter are really friendly and kind. I had particularly difficult insurance and it took the woman behind the counter very little time to look it up and apply it. Overall a great place!

the security guard that works there is unjustified in her actions and is liable to hurt or kill someone while working there. her attitude is beyond comprehension. when a man is doing good for her niece and just cause she don't like him she's gonna attack him with a knife. I don't think you, kroger, want this questionable and judgemental person working there when she's going to attack someone instead of looking at the facts. I know work and personal life are separate but this is over the top and she need evaluated before she harms the wrong person on your property. she is illogical and unethical. you should never have such a vindictive and worry some employee is your payroll. you can find a better replacement easily and not have to worry if your employee will go to prison for killing someone. renee or whatever her name is doesn't deserve her job if she's gonna be so racist, insane and ignorant she'd pill a knife on someone doing good. I'm telling you now kroger fire her or you will get shut down from lack of business because she's working there. she is not good for business nor is she good for the face of kroger itself. if you have any common sense you'll see this as a warning that you chose wrong with that employment and it's only a matter of time before she blows up and hurts a customer and you have to pay millions. I'll be coming tomorrow to speak with a manager about this for it is a big concern you should know about. security team should be justified and righteous in their ideals home and at work or they will.only drag the company down to hell with them. think of your customers over your two faced employee, we pay your bills.
