I have never had a lot of good experiences with Lowe’s employees. We stopped today to look at a new GE range that we found online at a competitive price. Finding no one in the appliance section, my wife sought out an employee and asked for help. She was promptly told he was busy but inquired about what we wanted. Explaining to him, he told us that they probably didn’t have the black model we wanted and that I’d be a lot more money than the advertised price, since no one wants black or white anymore. When we said their website stated availability and delivery by 11/9 he scoffed and said there was no way it could be delivered by then. Off he went, and off we went to HD, found an extremely helpful and knowledgeable employee that showed us options, delivery by 11/10, wrote us up and thanked us for shopping at HD.

Lowes won’t back a washer they sell for even 90 days. The extended warranty means nothing, doesn’t apply in the first year. We can’t get any help and they won’t do a thing, say it’s an LG’s problem. Their response on here is a pathetic and they just give you a useless number to call. We have called that number and it’s another runaround so don’t tell me to call them again, give us real help

After a horrible experience in this store, I contacted their Customer Care department. After several minutes of time wasted, I learned that this company cares NOTHING about their customers.I expect to provide a detailed account of what happened in the store and with the corporate Customer Care department on Yelp and others.Lowe's cares NOTHING about it's customer's well being.

Bought a new washer from Lowes, it’s 90 days old, purchased the extended warranty and they won’t fix the washer. They say it’s the manufacturers job and the manufacturers (LG) but their customer service is a nightmare. A washer that doesn’t work in 90 days is a problem, the extended warranty doesn’t even cover it for the first year, and the manufacturer won’t help either and will charge for service call and repair. Don’t buy from Lowe’s and don’t buy the extended warranty it means nothing. It took about 2 hours of phones calls to even get questions answered. It’s such poor customer service

Staff, hard to find, they scurry away when you look towards them for assistance. Not very knowledgeable.Why is there long “speeches” in Mexican on the loud speaker. THIS IS AMERICA SPEAK ENGLISH OR GO HOME.You’ve closed down all but two of your checkouts in in favor of self checkouts.Removing jobs from Americans?Yep, that’s exactly what your doing.Twisted wood., cheap products.I and my family are done with you.You’re just another woke traitor company.

I shop here often and do many pickups and usually do not have any issues with it. I waited 20minutes for a curbside pickup never seen anyone. I went inside and saw my name on the screen and timer going up past 20 minutes. I went and asked a group of 4 associates at customer service (doing nothing but talking) and they just sent me back to the empty counter. When I asked for the manager they then decided to figure out who was going to help. Finally after having to point out which order is mine because they didn’t know there wasn’t even an offer to help load the 200lb cabinet. Luckily some in the parking lot stopped to help. Very disappointed in this and I question doing this again.

Extremely dissatisfied. Ordered a gas range from the warehouse and was told I was getting installation service with the delivery. The delivery guys called on their way and they did not have installation on the order so they dropped it off in the driveway. Open it up and it's damaged and converted to propane. We called for exchange and they told us they have zero control over the delivery side of things and we have to do the order all over again. A friend had a similar issue with a carpet order. Never using Lowes again.

I was just there, I wanted to buy a new dryer, first there was no workers. And after I found one. He said he was busy now and he would try to have another associate help me I waited for 10 mins and no help came .so thanks but no thanks. I will start going to home depot

Ordered a zero turn mower and was told it would be delivered Friday 7/21. Wasted the whole day waiting for the mower called the store they changed the delivery date toTuesday 7/25. It's Tuesday I'm home again waiting for the mower to be delivered and now Lowe's is saying it will be delivered tomorrow. Tried calling customer service was on hold for 20mins before the call was magically disconnected. Terrible service very disappointing.

I am currently going through Lowes for a fence installation. The 1st time the installation company came out they stated that obstacles in the yard were not noted by Lowes, therefore, they could not proceed due to not having the right equipment and authorization. so, it was rescheduled. 2nd time they came out the concrete was bad, and they said Lowes did not order a crucial part of the fence that is needed in order to begin the installation. Now this has to get rescheduled for a third time.I've been paying for a fence that I don't have installed since April and we are at the end of July getting ready to go into August. I can't use my backyard since the fence parts have been sitting back there for a couple months (it's a very small yard). With the old fence taken down it is becoming problematic with the neighbor's dog and ours as there is no barrier between them.Once this is done and paid for, I will not be a returning customer for future projects. Due to this I would not recommend going through Lowes.

Not enough inventory to fix fallen shingle patch on roof. Inventory needs to improve. I didn't want to spend $50 for tar adhesive when store advertisements showed smaller amounts were available...stock on shelves for small repairs isn't there.
