A lady here deleted my information. I tried to see if I could fill through here instead of E.mich location. She mentioned two instances of the same script. (One is from an old provider the second is from my new one) and insisted I call my doctor for a renewal even though I knew I had already done so.
When I called the E.Mich location the man who answered said there was only one instance and I hadn't filled in over a year. This is bordering on medical malpractice.

This is the slowest pharmacy in Jackson. Cashiers are unfriendly and not helpful.

Every Meijer pharmacy is horrible but this is by far the worst. I’m sure they go out of their way to drag their feet getting your prescription. It should not take 15 minutes to get your prescription when it’s ready right there. They go out of their way to make the line as long as possible. I just left there. There was one person in line in front of me and it took 38 minutes to get my prescription.

I don't know why I still use this pharmacy!!! They never call you when there is a problem with your prescription, so maybe I don't know, you can work on fixing the problem. Then when you have waited and waited for notification that script ready and it doesn't come, and then call them to see why and they say there was a problem on my Dr office side and are rude and act like it isn't their problem at 6pm after the Dr office closed and now I have to wait to get a hold of my Dr to fix it. When all they would have to do is call me, or send a notification by text when they received it so I could have fixed the problem while I waited all day. So now I call every time, 15 min after it is sent and make sure there are no problems. I never had this issue with any other pharmacy. I won't even go on about the awful rudeness that everyone of then exhibit (aside from a couple very nice ladies)they are extremely rude and disrespectful, even when I'm at my nicest. I will never recommend them to anyone.

I have a prescription that they won't fill because they have it over the counter. I was told by the other pharmacy that they could get a kind my insurance covers, but they want me to pay $12 for 10 or 15 pills or pay the over the counter price.
