Great service but I wish I would have known that I could drive around back for my small pick up order. It was only mentioned to drive out back to the lumber yard for large pick ups, so I had to walk all the way to the back corner of the store.

Menards is our go to for all construction and at home project needs! Garden center is where we've gotten our vegetable plants the last 2 years. We save big money at Menards because my husband works at the distribution center!

Overall customer service is subpar. It is interesting to me that some of the cashiers have better customer service skills than the managers.

This Menards has a small handful of very experienced and helpful staff, mixed in with a larger number who are inexperienced and don't care much about customer service.
The checkout lanes are really weird and unconventional.
But the two worst parts are:
1. how the building materials desk is either empty or understaffed
2. The lumber is warped, has bark, and is just overall of very poor quality.
