It’s very tacky and tonedeaf to have giant political signs in front of your business, especially when it’s endorsing someone who is notorious for being hateful and vindictive towards oppressed groups of individuals. Put them in your yard at home, not in front of a shop. Tacky and tasteless.

Had an exhaust leak from a rusted resonator seal. They had the issue diagnosed and replaced within an hour of my arrival with no appointment. They previously installed an aftermarket exhaust for me at a reasonable rate, so I had to return. Thanks!

I called in earlier I have a 23 dodge charger v6 I wanted a new exhaust system when I spoke on the phone with somebody earlier, they said for me to come in that way they can talk with me about my car. When I came in after taking time out of my day, I was in there for maybe two minutes tops, and the gist of the conversation was the guy Ed telling me that a V6 would sound horrible with any type of other exhaust on there and to leave it alone and I should just turn my music up. If I didn't like the way it sounded. I proceeded to him just because he thinks it sounds annoying didn’t mean I would. That’s terrible business if they continue to turn customers away like that and don’t do something about that manager or whoever he is then that place is going to run out of business because from what I’ve read, I’m not the only customer that he has been very rude and disrespectful towards business shouldn’t be placed on a personal opinion it should be placed on what the customer wants because at the end of the day the customer is always right , and we’re taught that from a very young age. Obviously he wasn’t. Or just doesn’t care about potential customers. I’d steer clear from this place.
Reply to owner comment: there’s a difference between simply saying I can’t do that due to whatever reason then telling me it would be annoying and if I don’t like the way it sounds right now to turn the music up. Don’t try to cover up the fact your employees are unprofessional and it shows A. Poor training or B. You hire incompetent employees.
I’d rather chew my tongue off before I recommend anyone to this establishment.

I would stay clear of this business at all costs. I proceeded to call this establishment to ask about getting my new truck straight piped and when I spoke to Ed on the phone to learn and ask questions as new customer, he proceeded to tell me that V6 trucks don't sound good and that they shouldn't be dueled off. I was shocked that not only as a new customer my business was declined, but that this was solely on the fact of his personal preference and or past experiences. As a man I was humiliated and shocked by this unprofessional conversation. I told him on the phone I was very excited to treat myself to a new truck as its been a very long time since owning one as I sold my dream truck when I was in the military for my family. He then got very quiet and again proceeded to deny my business but told me I guess if I wanted to come by and discuss it that I could. I stopped by later that day and proceeded to tell him how I truly felt of his opinion and that no person should down another's wants and needs and that I would pay whatever to get a simple exhaust setup. Ed looked at me after I asked to speak to the owner because he was being rude the moment I stepped into the shop and then told me another fabricated story that he was the owner. I indicated I was told Dan was the owner and he stated nope. I told him with all do respect his opinion about how a truck sounds is irrelevant to the work I am asking to be done. I asked if they had flowmasters and or could just straight pipe it and or put cherry bomb glass packs on it. He told me they only carry one type of muffler and won't and or can't order anything else. I laughed and indicated that they're a muffler shop and maybe I missed something being away in the military, but I've never heard of a muffler shop only having one type of muffler and or being able to do one specific setup. One of the other employees was super nice and proceeded to tell me about the mufflers and explain to me some knowledge on the subject matter, when all of a sudden Ed turned put his hand up and waved for him to leave the conversation as though he was a little kid. I told him that was rude and he shouldn't treat other employees like that when someone is trying to help a potential customer out. Ed then looked at me and waved his hand as though I was a child and told me to leave so I did. I told him good luck treating clients like that and turning them down over his personal preference. I told him I was sorry he's had multiple clients who weren't satisfied and requested them to redo their work, however I am not them and I somewhat knew to expect with a V6 having dual exhaust. Shame on you Ed

The battery in my SUV was going bad. Nothing like not knowing if your car is going to start or not when you have a car full of kids in the winter. I had several people tell me to go to Advance Auto because they do battery installs. It turns out they can’t install batteries on every car, mine being one of them. The nice rep there suggested I go to Muffler Man which was just up the road. He got me in and out in twenty minutes and I ended up paying less. Super nice guy. Highly recommend.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I went there today because my exhaust came unhooked I was told it it just needed a small weld to hook it back up. when I was told the price it was 120 for a 20min job ok perfect I thought I would be in and out in no time. I even said the price back right after “120? When can you do it” was told right now. When they went to check me out he told me $150 so I said you said $120 he said you most i’ve not heard me right. I feel because I am a female he took advantage of it. My husband called up there and the guy tried to say she most not of hear me right. I literally repeated the price right back to him. We will not be back.
