Signed up for the membership, the very sweet but cold girl (standing out in the horrible weather) sold me on it but the was was great for a good price. Looking forward to returning more often.

They don't spray the rear walls , so after or before I come i have to clean it my myself. With that said the staff at the Michigan Ave location in Jackson Michigan are always friendly making the trip worthwhile.

Came thru the wash and did my first full service cleaning. I was headed out of town for a work trip. Guy who cleaned it out was phenomenal and precise. I asked him if he could really double look and get everything and it almost looked like I had a brand new car. I didn’t realize the quick full service would be like an actual interior detail. He said his name was Sabin, 10/10 will come back to this location.

Today was going to be my last wash at Jax before canceling my last car on the monthly service. It's been a waste of money for the last 2 years. My car is never fully clean when I leave and there's always a BILLION soap dots all over it, making it look worse than before I got there. To my surprise, this location hired staff to dry your car by hand before you leave- Thank you for listening! My car looks much nicer and for now, I will be continuing my monthly service with Jax. This location is usually superior to the other Jax in Jackson- so I'm not surprised at this upgrade. Appreciate you.

Went on August 4th 2025, left quite disappointed and will never be back. I had driven on some dirt roads, hence why I went to the car wash.
The two pre-washers working at the entrance didn't even put in minimum effort. The worker on the driver's side got my windshield for about a second with the pressure wash gun, and the one on the passenger side didn't even use the pressure wash gun and just went to dragging the brush through the dust in one singular line, probably getting about 5% of the passenger side wet, and to boot, neither one flipped in my mirrors.
Once I hit the automated part, I guess all was fine. The drying was sub par, and my windshield was pretty streaky. About 10 minutes later I got gas at Sam's Club and realized how piss poor the wash was.
On my way home, I hit up Maurer's Sunshine on the other side of town and got an actual car wash.
Marked it 2 stars because this is more likely to get read, and my car was legitimately a little cleaner after I left.

Very awkward with the tipping culture. Not only do they forwardly and awkwardly ask you for a tip TWICE, which seems crazy to me, but they literally say “if we did a good job, let us know with a tip”. But the tip requests are both BEFORE the car wash! So sick of this tipping culture. The employee literally told me it’s the same as Servers asking for a tip. WHOA! Servers are paid less than minimum wage and you tip them AFTER doing a good job. Boo.

Just had my wife’s SUV cleaned inside and out Austin C was very professional car looks amazing. Highly recommend that shop and the manager. Cody is a great manager that needs to be recognized is always on point and does a great job. I’ll be back with my other vehicles. Thanks guys !!!
