The staff at the Michigan Ave location are great. They are very helpful with a friendly attitude. I went to the Wisner store first, as the website said it had an item in stock. There wasn't even a spot on the shelf for it. I waited in line to ask the counter employee to see who might have it in the area. I provided the part number. He said he couldn't find the part, as the computer didn't show that part. I went out to my car, called the Michigan Ave store, provided the part number to Mark. And guess what, the part number I provided showed he had two in stock. He was kind enough to hold one until I got there. I am a long time customer of O'Reillys, going back over 20 or more years. It's clear to me which location provides the superior customer service.

Bought a battery for my key fob cost about $10. Got another one at another store for $5.50 who is over charging

This Auto Parts Store is one of the best in Jackson. I stand by my first observation.

Outstanding customer service by all definitions.Matthew takes much pride in his work. He truly sets the bar!I hope that the upper echelon of O'Reilly Auto Parts gives Matthew special recognition.I would strongly recommend that Matthew be promoted with a hefty raise and given a position to teach O'Reilly Auto Parts employees customer service.
