I was charged $1300 for a tune and paid upfront. They had my truck for over two weeks, but no tune was done. They were trying to get into the locked ECM instead of tuning it. I paid in full upfront and requested some money back since they had it trying to do something, but I got no response. The guy is nice, but I'm upset that nothing was done to my vehicle.

I have to say I'm so glad that I went with Paul! I have a 01 mustang GT Bullitt that need a lot of work and they really brought it back to life. I'll be taking it back to them in the spring for some more work. I don't think I will let anyone but them work on my mustang. Communication was great skills to get this car where it need to be top notch and Paul just well a all around great guy to work with.

Worked on my 2003 terminator and it has had problems after service, never had problems before and he continues to have his other worker answer everytime but not him…why? Seems like I’ve been ripped off and jipped by someone who can’t get over a divorce.

Guy is to good to respond to messages or emails so that pretty much stamps him with others in the same class as "guys who think they're so f'ing special" they get to pick and choose who they want to work with. Its obviously an ego thing, I mean my money should be as good as anyone else's but like I said when the person you want to throw at refuses to communicate then it's clear my money will be best spent elsewhere. I dont know what it is with these tuner guys and high Performance shops they are all pretty much the same these day's, if your not already one of the "boy's" good luck getting in the club.

I've been going to Paul's since 2006. He has installed everything from gears, shift kits, long tubes, off road mid pipes, catbacks, short throws, tuning etc. It has always been done flawlessly. They have always taken great care of me and take pride in their work. Everything they do is done so meticulously. I would never think about going anywhere else. Thank you Paul and Co for 14 years of excellent service. I'll definitely be back.
