Garbage service with higher prices. I’ve given them way too many chances. Trying to sell me a “new” carburetor for a chainsaw that was covered in sawdust. Told me it was ok and wouldn’t discount it. One of at least 10 times I have experienced bad service and similar situations on top of the highest prices in the area.

Best auto store in Jackson Michigan period. They just replaced a battery under warranty no questions asked. In and out in 5 minutes. Once they brought me a battery to meijer (I’m sure they don’t do that often). Cannot stress enough it’s a wonderful place to do business

Not many parts stores left around that are privately owned. This one is the best! Everytime I go in there, they know my name and are the most friendly of any other store I go into. They always have what I need. If you need any car parts, tractor stuff, or mower stuff, this is the place I have been going to since 1985!

I bought a 4000.00 mower. It has 6 hours use and broken down. They tell me it will be a week or more to look at. With only 6 hours use and the cash I laid on the counter you would think I would have been moved to the top of the regular servicimg list. I only have one day off a week to mow and I swore by them

Went to talk about purchasing a chainsaw and nobody really seemed to care to help out, and the guy at the counter went home without telling anybody I was waiting there. Went to ACE Hardware instead.

I know, that as a business performance seems great, for parts and supplies. All Equipment in time, need to be serviced, and need repairs. Need timely repairs so we can continue our tasks at home. Pick up and repairs should not take weeks. Great business's are prepared for rush seasons in order to keep there customers satisfied in case's of emergency service, simple repairs needs.
