Bought some fish but then all died within two days. Was told this shop has a 7 day guarantee policy for their fish. I went in and told them my fish died. “No problem we can get you replacements” As this younger lady was graciously getting me my replacements i was trying to make small talk and told her that i suspected it was a heater malfunction. Suddenly this older lady with spikey hair walks by saying they cant be blamed for a heater malfunction and theyll only give me half of what i paid for. Mind you. The younger lady was just about to give me my full replacement. Stunned, i just said “fine whatever” and walked away with half of the amount if fish i paid for. Heres to hoping these little guys last cause i dont feel comfortable going into that store anymore.

I have set up a reef tank over the past month and Pet Station has been excellent in all facets of the process. Easy returns on unwanted items for in-store credit, knowledgeable staff, and they have aided my understanding and learning during the process. I was in over my head but now I feel competent keeping a reef tank thanks to Pet Station. Always enjoy going into the store and will continue to be a customer here.

Great place for a variety of saltwater fish, coral, and invertebrates. So far, I had no issues with any hitchhiking pest. Thanks for the feather star.

My husband and I took my grandson who is six. He had a blast looking at all the animals of the fish snakes birds he could have spent hours in there and they was also friend laying there.???

First visit had an employee that was extremely pleasant and helpful. So I ended up going back to buy some more feeder fish asked for 20 paid for 20 only received 16 but oh well didn't matter what mattered was the employee that helped me this time wasn't very pleasant to deal with seemed to rush me and wasn't very customer focused.
