Brought my two dogs to their scheduled appointments and waited at the door for 15 minutes while a groomer talked to another costumer about their dog. I finally interrupted and asked to check in. Come to find out, the groomer was double booked and they couldn’t accommodate me. No missed phone call to notify me and no missed text message when my profile has every piece of information on me they could possibly need. I’ve been bringing my dogs here on and off for 10 years. No chance I’ll ever step in there again. For anything. Plenty of other groomers in Jackson that actually know how to work their booking system and are trained enough to give a courtesy call when something changes.

Ashley groomed Willow my Balinese cat. She did an awesome job with his lion cut, bathing and nails. He looks fantastic!! So happy we have such a great cat groomer in our town!!!

Lady who works here was EXTREMELY HELPFUL and beneficial with her education to help me take care of the beta fish I bought and smart choices for my little darlins dog food- BUT the loud manager who makes you wait over 10 minutes in line before he will check you out your order (and then gives you the garbage reasons YOU MUST understand about their register change overs (&more) in his VERY SCOLDING TONES,) made me know for a fact: I will NEVER BE BACK!! ...especially since their competitor is just around the corner!!!
And I VERY grateful & GLAD I don't work there! Only gave them a two because of the very good employee.. she deserves a 6 rating ..and a better manager who deserves a negative 6.

I love going to this pet smart location because they usually have cute cats they need to have adopted out. I always wish I could take them all home with me! I also love buying my 2 cats and one dog a toy from here when I make a visit.

All the employees at Jackson Petsmart are most always very helpful and friendly. Stores clean n full at all times.

Takes advantage of the elderly. Took the dog in, came back 2 hours later, and she was identical to when she was brought in. Charged for a service that wasn’t provided. Beware.

Store is always organized and clean, but I’ve received a lot of bad bird advice from the staff here. Empower yourself, do your own research and protect your pets. Cashiers are always awesome, managers have that “I am smarter, better, and busier than you” attitude. All in my experience and my own perception though! Could be different for others!
