After getting a call from Rachel at Public Storage in Jackson,MI, I went to the location where I was immediately greeted by Rachel herself and she showed me the unit. She explained how everything worked. I was going to rent a space online but I ended up doing everything there. She answered all my questions. Plus the great deal to get started of $1 for the first month was also very attractive. Very professional. This place, I'd recommend. Great Job Rach!!

Came to this business at 10:15 am June 22nd, and the door was locked and no employees. Therefore, I tried completing the rental online which was time consuming. Finally, an employee, driving a Nissan Kicks, arrive at 10:35 am although the sign says they open at 9am. Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere.

They always take great care and are very courteous. Clean rooms, well informed staff. Lawana is great to work with. 5 stars all the way around. I've used them 3 times and I've never had a single complaint.

NOPE if I could give 0 stars I would the storage itself its not that great but they made me pay a whole month prior to even having my trailer out not to say they were rude about it don’t recommend. They also tried to break in my rv just shows how unsafe it is .
