Absolutely horrible. Called and called and called yet no one answers. So I drove and there was NOT ONE customer inside and some bum looking guy came out of the office and completely looked like he didn’t wanna be there or anything to do with the place. This actually happened on two separate occasions! Just for me to get there both times and they didn’t even rent what I needed. Can see why almost no one knows about Jackson rental with costumer service like that.

Great place to rent from, the people there care about your needs, even if there in a bad mood cause it gets busy there and it looks like a lot to handle but they do everything with professionalism and kindness. I'd recommend the manager to anyone. He's awesome.

Took our deposit and then the morning we are supposed to pick it up they don’t have it.Couldn’t call us yesterday and tell us that?Can’t give you a refund for your deposit on the spot after they stiff you either.Definitely can’t be trusted if you want to count on your rental whatever actually being available for you even after you give them a deposit for it. That actually ensures nothing.
