Ive been going to Rx Optical for a few years now. Most of the exam is done in person. The prescription part is done virtually, and I definitely didnt mind it. This was my 2nd time with a virtual visit. Honestly no different than if it had been done in person. The doctor is patient and allows you to go back and forth with options without feeling rushed at all. Also, Dwan, Clarissa, and Deborah are AMAZING and they all worked together with me for a very positive experience for my first time with progressive lenses. I always feel confident getting my glasses from there, and if I have questions or concerns, they answer willingly. There is also no hassle if something isn't right. One year I had to get rechecked as I just wasn't sure about my left eye, which is my worst eye. They rechecked me and fixed the issue promptly without any extra cost. Definitely recommend.

This place is great!! They helped me out by cutting out some costs for me due to not having any money....so I appreciate them a lot...I can see again!!!

The staff at this location is EXTREMELY rude!! My grandson had an appointment and when my daughter showed up they told her they were trying to call her but they were lieing. They never called her. They only texted confirming the appointment. Horrible customer service!! Do not go there!!! They should be ashamed of themselves!!

Went in Saturday afternoon to get my glasses tightened/fixed because I had accidentally rolled over them and they were bent. The lady was short and rude to me. Told me my glasses were cracked and about to “fall apart” and also said that I needed new frames and that they would not attempt to fix them because they did not want to be responsible. Fast forward to today, I took them to RX in Jonesville and told them what Jackson had said. They laughed and fixed my glasses for me. My frames ARE NOT cracked like they said nor are they about to fall apart. Sounds like Jackson RX wanted me to spend some $$$$
I will not be coming to this location ever again. Rude customer service.

As soon as I walked in for my appointment immediately I was asked if I needed any help there was not wait time, every 1 there was absolutely welcomeing and helpful and nice. Very knowledgeable about glasses, I also got some help with picking the right frame for my face. Great place great people

If I could give this place a zero across the bored I would. Their place is disgusting. The receptionist does not have an education for her job at all. The eye dr tried to get me to pay for test I didn't ask for and that my insurance doesn't pay for. Rude rude rude. Never going back

I’ve always had a great experience at the West Ave location. From the check in, eye exam, looking for glasses, to the check out process; everyone was very nice and helpful. Vivien took great care of me, and helped me decide on glasses :)

It was a great experience! The video assisted visit was a cool experience, and really quick and easy. Clarissa was the tech who did the testing and she did a great job. Dwan was great and extremely helpful. 10/10 recommend!

Rx Optical, just wow!!! the employes, espically Deborah and Dwan were so welcoming and made sure i LOVED my glasses. this place will always bring a warm welcoming. will always come back!!!
