We ordered a set of buzz cupcakes and Elsa and Anna. First time they only gave us one then when we go to get the second that they forgot they didn’t even have them ready and then when they redid them they did it buzz lightyear yet again even tho we said Elsa and Anna. Very disappointed.

Not considerate when asking about red dye in the frosting for a cake. They sounded annoyed and completely dismissed me and when they actually had to look at the ingredients of their products they just dismissed me saying there’s red dye in all their colors, which I highly doubt.

Two separate clerks at two separate locations within the store stepped up to assist me today. They will never know how much their help meant to me. Thank you. You demonstrated kindness that cannot be taught.

Didn't know you needed to upgrade your membership to shop before 10 am. I see three other people go in and not get cards checked but she decided to stop me with my young daughter and tell me I can't shop before 10. If you are gonna check cards. You should probably check EVERYBODYS cards. I'll be canceling my membership and switching to Costco

I use sams club bakery several times a year , for cakes and cupcakes for my kids and family events . I ordered the Jurassic themed cake for my sons party tomorrow . I picked it up today and my heart sank . The cake was awful. The image was put on crooked so it’s not centered , the put his name on digitally with the image so the Happy Birthday and Rowyn were at the very top of the cake and not centered again. It appears that the printer was running out of ink so the colors don’t even match . On my way out of the store I asked to see a manager , where I was then told “ well we could scrape it off and redo it, but it would take a lot of time “…she didn’t even look at the cake! If I wouldn’t have been in a time crunch needing a cake for my 9 year old I would have just left the cake and ordered from somewhere else .

I know this is a longshot but. Yesterday (6/26/22) I was at sams club and I think my ring may have fallen out of my wallet. It was my aunts who passed away. It’s silver with five or six diamonds in a straight line all next to each other if anyone finds it please get a hold of me.

We had ordered a freezer, and this was the closest location that had it in stock. I'd never experienced order online for pickup before, so this was our first time. The time it stated for us to arrive was between 6 and 7. We arrived at 6:03, I downloaded the app to let them know I was there, and by 6:08 they had the 85 lb beast loaded into my Jeep and we were on our way back home! So fast and friendly!
