Me: Can you guys break off locking lugnuts and replace them?
Dale: we are a tire and service centers so yes we have the specialty tools to do that.
Me: how much is that?
Dale: what do you need done?
Me: i need the front two tires lugnuts broken off so i can do the breaks.
Dale: so you need brakes done on the front?
Me: its not that complicated... click!
After waiting on hold for 10 minutes i finally reached the center and Dale answered. His ignorant and condescending tone will be enough that ill never take my vehicles to that stores tire center. Ill wait til monday for any other tire shop to perform this job.

Asked to plug a hole in my full size spare and they badgered me about tread depth. They said they couldn't repair this tire that its not worth their time to keep a customer.This store is the reason why I'll be buying the equipment to do my own tires.

I like this Sam’s Club and have never had a problem with associates but I would rather pay more than go back to this tire center again. The customer service associate, Dale, was beyond rude and condescending. We had an appointment at 9:00 am. We arrived at 8:55 and he was just getting there. He acted totally inconvenienced that we were 5 minutes early. He mumbled the whole time. It is loud in the store and on top of that I’m hearing impaired. When we asked Dale to repeat what he was saying he rolled his eyes at us. He told us it would be 45 minutes to an hour. So we set our timer to 1 hour and we figured we would walk around and do some shopping. He stated he would call us when our car was done. At an hour we went over to the desk to ask if our car was done. He stated that it had been done for a while but he hadn’t had time to call us because he was dealing with customers. It would have taken 2 minutes to call to say your car is done. Never again will we be treated so rudely. We will go somewhere else and I suggest you do to.

Two separate clerks at two separate locations within the store stepped up to assist me today. They will never know how much their help meant to me. Thank you. You demonstrated kindness that cannot be taught.

Didn't know you needed to upgrade your membership to shop before 10 am. I see three other people go in and not get cards checked but she decided to stop me with my young daughter and tell me I can't shop before 10. If you are gonna check cards. You should probably check EVERYBODYS cards. I'll be canceling my membership and switching to Costco

I use sams club bakery several times a year , for cakes and cupcakes for my kids and family events . I ordered the Jurassic themed cake for my sons party tomorrow . I picked it up today and my heart sank . The cake was awful. The image was put on crooked so it’s not centered , the put his name on digitally with the image so the Happy Birthday and Rowyn were at the very top of the cake and not centered again. It appears that the printer was running out of ink so the colors don’t even match . On my way out of the store I asked to see a manager , where I was then told “ well we could scrape it off and redo it, but it would take a lot of time “…she didn’t even look at the cake! If I wouldn’t have been in a time crunch needing a cake for my 9 year old I would have just left the cake and ordered from somewhere else .

Had an appointment for new tires to be put on my vehicle , was told tires were there and would not be sold...arrive for my appt. , and gee, my tires were sold within the last week. We'll see what happens in the next couple days when they are supposed to be delivered!

Wanted to have two new batteries installed in my truck after the tire rotation and balancing. Said their service calls at 6:30 pm. But the store stays open later confused and how bad the store really wants to make a sale.

Thank you ‼️ in & out in 15 minutes & I didn't even have an appointment. Friendly & very helpful on the phone prior to my arrival as well.John was my associate at the register & on the phone, another nice man took my key & serviced my car/tire.

The fuel station here is terrible. on a daily basis there is more pumps closed then open.... You would think they would do something to fix the issue, but it persist.

Tonight I ran into Sam's to the bakery just a couple hours before closing to grab some cupcakes out of the case for my daughter to have for a birthday celebration at school tomorrow. They were out of them in the case. I asked if they had any premade in the freezer. They didn't. BUT they whipped me up 30 cupcakes decorated to my liking right away for me. how awesome! They could have told me no,but went above and beyond instead!
