For storage needs, they are the best! Very much appreciated the added security of the facility, you need a code to get in. Would store with them again in the future, if needed.

I have been using this location for almost 20 years and back when it was Sentry Storage with Mike, I absolutely LOVED this place. The location itself for climate controlled units is triple secure: keycoded gate, key block house and the keyed lock for the unit itself. Timed lights in the hallway. Cameras. Friendly and helpful owner. On those points it is 5 stars.
Now, I think I'm being generous with the 3, it's probably closer to 2 -2.5 right now. Since Storage Sense took over, within 2 years my rent has almost doubled with another increase about to hit. In the 15+ years prior I think it went up 1-2 times but nothing like it is under the new owners. Almost instantly they raised our rent substantially. PLUS they inclemented a monthly Protection/Insurance to cover THEIR assets only -- all of which is money in their pockets. Ultimately we are paying their insurance at a grossly inflated rate. So if you want climate controlled, 10x10 it'll be pushing 200 bucks, plus renters insurance to cover YOUR assets. With all their locations, they are making a killing while we literally pay the price.
While these units were quite reasonable in several years past, they are HIGH now, with steady increases. Nothing can justify these increased costs.
