Don’t dare ask a question about trying to get a customer service phone number because since they are a not a stand alone store they cannot help you. WE HAVE NO STAND ALONE STORES IN JACKSON!! Employees there are a mix. My original girl was a sweetheart and genuinely was trying to help. If you want attitude and rudeness the older blonde one with glasses is a real treat!! After she interjected herself into the conversation as she was helping someone else that was before me, and proceeded to belittle me because of what I asked. Let’s just say it wasn’t a pleasant experience. I’ve already spoke with a manager from kohls about this but I feel as a customer who did nothing wrong, wasn’t rude, waited in line til it was my turn, should not of gotten treated the way I did when I was in their store just because I decided to inquire on an application I put in for their credit card! at the end of the transaction I can say I was not my best as I was walking out and they will never get a penny of my hard earned money at either Jackson locations. Oh and The manager at Kohl’s who I spoke with about the issue she was awesome and explained things 100% different and with a very nice demeanor, but as for Sephora, no. Watch who you get to help you.

Kohl's has awesome deals some things are pricey but you can find some really good buys and Kohl bucks wow what a deal ! You can find anything your looking for we'll just about !

Every time I go to this Sephora I am always met with the kindest workers, and today was no different. Alana was super helpful, honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had here.

I went into Sephora at Kohl's with the intention of investing in a high end foundation (Nars light reflecting foundation) with very little knowledge of my skin tone match. I was concerned about making the investment in something that could look awful on me. Ruthie helped me find my perfect match! I've had this foundation for 2 weeks now and I'm in LOVE. It matches my skin PERFECTLY. Ruthie was friendly, kind, extremely knowledgeable (she is a makeup artist with years of experience), and she cares about natural, healthy ingredients! This is my first experience at this Sephora and I can't wait to go back and learn more (+buy more) soon! Thank you Ruthie!

We went to Kohls expecting to do some jewelry and handbag shopping. To our surprise there was hardly any jewelry or handbags. What happened?! Very disappointed.We then looked in the women's plus section. Again, hardly anything and what was there was really ugly. Why can't you carry fashionable clothes for all sizes?We've noticed that the clothing quality has been less than satisfactory.It will be a long time before we shop Kohls again.

I spent $371.25 on 2/27/21 online, so I earned $55. in Kohl's cash which I used on 3/5/21 along with a 25% offer on Kohl's site to purchase three pajama bottoms at the Jackson Mi store. When I got home I tried them on, but they were too big, so I returned to the store to swap them for a smaller size. They only had two pairs in my size, so I grabbed a pair of jeans that were on clearance, that would ~ equal the same price. The Customer Service person said I could evenly swap one, but I'd have to get a refund and wait in line again to purchase the other items and I wouldn't get 25% off because that expired, even though I returned them the same day. After swapping the one pair she gave me $29. back to purchase the other two items, but that wasn't enough, I could only purchase one with the difference she was giving me. After a lengthy argument I requested the manager, but still unsatisfied I asked for a refund instead and told her I'd never shop there again!
