Unbelievable amounts of all kinds of foot wear. Prices seemed very reasonable. I didn't get anything there this time but recommend this store.

Latoya is spectacular, she really knows her products! She also actively reviews and modifies her incoming inventory to respond to community requests and trends. Keep her around Shoe Dept. Encore, She is a prize.

Management is very rude and verbally abuses their employees. District manager is okay with it as well. My complaint was thrown away and nothing was done to the appropriate people. 0 stars I refuse to put money into this company until management is changed.

They were very nice even though they're about to close they didn't say anything mean to me or what not to get the heck out but I did buy a pair of shoes and the left one seems to be hard so I may go back tomorrow and have them check it out but they were very nice.

Always find what we (whole family) need and they ordered me a different size before. Quality shoes at a decent price. Pay the same for junk shoes in a meijer or walmart- go here instead
