Best experience ever. The staff was real knowledgeable and walked me threw all the possible choices that would match up to my other wood flooring we had done. Will definitely recommend these guys for any flooring job. If I could I'd give these guys 10 stars.

We were looking to carpet our newly finished basement and Tony returned my inquiry within 24 hours and was out to measure within a few days. We worked together to find the perfect solution and the installers did an excellent job. More importantly, I know Tony will stand behind his product and the installation in the future. The carpet looks great and we are so happy with our experience at Simple Flooring Solutions.

Great EVERYTHING! Tony is very friendly, down to earth, knows what he is doing, and easy to talk with. Everything was hassle free. The same day I walked in, I found the perfect carpet and Tony came out to measure the same day. He explained the financing and set me up quickly. Worked with me on the best time to lay the carpet and was there within the week. 10 stars!

On Friday 10th, I stop at Simple Flooring Solutions to see their prices & what they had. Met with Tony who seemed friendly and professional. Tony asked me what room and size. I told him 'about' 120sq foot. Tony said, "He had carpet in the back that someone didn't want and asked me to look at it." The carpet color wasn't really what I wanted. Tony told me he give it to me for 475 dollars and I should compromise. I ask Tony "Do you want to measure the room because my numbers might be off" and he said, "No, it will be fine!" Tony said, "It can be installe Wednesday 15th.
Wednesday came and Todd showed up to install the carpet and the carpet wasn't big enough. Tony said, "He had another one that might fit, but again wasn't big enough. So, Tony let me pick from two colors of two different types of carpet. The guy was trying to make it right and he did! However, Tony said, he would have to order it and it would be a week.
The week was up and I didn't hear from Tony. I called him and I was met with combativeness, and was dismiss. Tony said on the call he would call me back, he didn't. I called him and was met with again dismissive, combative and disrespected behavior.
Today, my carpet was in stalled and one of the guys kept letting my front screen door slam and was stopping up & down my stairs. They chip my paint in two places on the wood work and the padding doesn't follow through past the entry leaving a hump! I dated someone who used to install carpet...he taught me a thing or two.
I have read the reviews and read how Tony works within people's time and budget and how he is professional, but to bad he wasn't that way with me.
Tony, I know you took a huge hit on this carpet deal, but seems how my house needs new carpet throughout and my kitchen needs a new floor, I thought I could make it up to you, but after your dismissive, combative, disrespect behavior towards me for a mistake you made. I told you, my numbers could be off and asked you "if you wanted to have the room measure." You dared me to go to Chrisoffs, I dare you to treat me with dignity and respect!
Don't worry, I promise I will NEVER do business with you again!
I guess, I got what I paid for...maybe if I hadn't taken the deal, I would have been treated better and the install would have been better! Not sure!

I never gave you a budget...a dollar amount! We never discuss my finances. You were just trying to sell carpet someone didn't want and said you would sell it for 475 if I paid cash! I also never said anything about my doors. My doors worked just find without the new carpet. I am having someone who works with wooden doors and have them sanded to fit with the carpet...that room never had carpet and therefore my dad never had to sand the doors as he did with other doors! I am the one who remodeled the bedroom and I will fix the damage. Thank you.

Excellent customer service! We had some damage to a floor that was installed 2 years ago (totally on us, mind) and they helped find replacement planks!
