I arrived about 6:30 p.m. yesterday I wanted dip with my natural nails and they suggested acrylic instead so I went with that. Application locks horrible. I asked for coffin shape, I ended up with square I guess instead. They are so lumpy and bumpy. So rushed because closing time was upon us. Day 2 looks like I need a fill.

NEVER GOING TO AGAIN! It has been a while since I have Gotten my nails done with kids etc but I’m a long time nail girl, I HAVE NEVER been talked to and treated so rudely and with so much disrespect! I have Inserted the inspo pictures, I wanted A similar green color like the first and the shape and length on the first , but the instead of the gold design from the first I just Wanted a gold snake like the second picture on my middle nail , i had made myself and my friend a appointment for 6pm with them (I’d like to add the lady that did my friends nails was so nice and did a fantastic job on her nails and even when we returned next day was so nice and making sure her nails weren’t the problem) i however left the first time With some strange squiggly line after having attempt 3-4 times before and these tiny numb nails , it was late and trying to communicate wasn’t going well, I took The loss and they were tolerable and I could live with the swingle and just go back and get something different when it was time for a fill, (we also paid in full still too) however I woke in the morning to the snakes head on both fingers were kinda bubbled up I thought Strange I’ve never seen that but went on my day a 1 hour being up I was Opening my kids cup and notice the snakes had started to peel off , we had a very lazy morning no cleaning , heat of any kind nothing crazy so I called and was super polite on asking that they please be re done, I wasn't Happy with the shape or length but with the design coming off day after barkey even was a little crazy , they said they were busy but I could Come in at 6 again and they would re do no problem, I said okay will be there but could I please get the lady my friend had, we arrived at 6 and were made to wait a while but we just took the time to catch up as we both have kids and busy lives and don’t see each other much, I also Put a picture of my nails after today, you can clearly see my cuticles were in good shape after day one but after day 2 and them making me go back with the original guy, he cut me a few times and was so rough and didn’t look at us or speak a word , walked away before my nails were even dry , my friend and I stood there after for like 3 mins looking over my nails (which were chucky and an gross looking between my real nail and the fake nail), just went home to remove them myself at this point but I made Sure to say thank you multiple times to the guy who Instantly hide in back, just for trying at the least, with no response I looked over to who I assume is the head lady and I said thank you again and she just started at us and said nothing , so we walked out to leave we are in the car about to pull out when the lady marches to car and starts yelling at us we owe $15 for a length change and how frustrated the guy was and how hard he tried and my friend said but this isn’t a length change this is the length she asked for and her design shouldn’t of bubbled and peeled off and he shaved them down so much, I did ask and show him the length I wanted And when he asked my length I told him where to cut and that was the right length then but after all his drilling and shaping he took them way way shorter then I asked but she didn’t care to hear it and told me well I hope You know your nail bed is small and when those break it’s gonna hurt gave us a nasty smirk look and matched away, I would Also like to add no $15 charge was ever mention till she was yelling at us in the parking lot, couldn’t even say anything on the phone or the whole hour plus we were there but like a coward waited till her other customers couldn’t hear her be so vile but my friend being the nice girl she is immediately offered to pay it , as I didn’t bring my bag, not that I would have paid with how she was speaking to us and she then got mad my friend didn’t have cash app or venom and just a normal bank card but anyways took it and charged her and then said that little bit about my nails breaking and hurting me and then stormed off , was absolutely shocked on it all !

There is no ventilation in this place. You go in there and the smell of nail polish is so strong I had to walk out I couldn't breathe.

HORRIBLE
My nails started lifting after a week. The shape was not done very well at all. I called and they told me to come back in and they would fix them. I drive 15 miles to their shop and when I got their I was told since it's been over a week they would redo them for FULL PRICE! NO THANKS. BEWARE!

Wont go back,depending on who does your nails your charged a different price each time for the exact same service, and yes she was rude.. Even taking your own gel polish they still charge you the upcharge for gel nails..smh

Highly recommended! Great atmosphere, welcoming, did not feel rushed, our techs paid attention to detail, we were greeted warmly and had our preferences were clarified several times to ensure our nails turned out perfectly. SO happy with this experience!

I took my daughter for her first time. Both the website and the price sign said $40 for gel nails. But the workers said that it would be $65. Rating Sky Nails -10 stars.

Went there a couple days ago for my bday set and I am obsessed!!! They did an immaculate job. They turned out even better then the reference picture to be honest. Eva did her thing!!

I had gotten my nails done a week ago from yesterday and I already had one nail break off and another nail broke in half this morning. This shouldn’t be happening: I paid $70 for nails that are coming off in a week which shouldn’t be coming off yet. The set was cute but after I paid $70 and tipped $10 it’s not worth it.
