Very unprofessional. Angela was amazing at first but then very disappointing. Didn’t hear back about my application till the day of my supposed move in date and that’s is because I called them, I’m sure had I not called like I most likely wouldn’t have heard back. I then continued to call about my holding deposit which is $200!!!! and have been told they’ll give me a call and it’s been a month still haven’t heard back.

The lady at the front desk/leasing office said she would call me back. I left her with my number and no call back, 1 week later and still nothing. I paid the apartment fee of 100 to jold the apartment but I did not get it nor did they say why they would not lease to me. Shady company or just poor management, either way, they are scammers. Stay away!

Overall this has been a good place to live, but I cannot give it 5 stars due to how slow they are to work on maintenance requests. I understand that they have barely any staff but our dishwasher has been broken since early May with water sitting in it (because the drain is broken) and they tried to fix it but didn’t fix the right part so now we are back to waiting again, meanwhile it is starting to smell awful due to the water not draining for that long. I wouldn’t let that discourage someone from living her entirely but definitely something to keep in mind! The apartments themselves are spacious, and the neighborhood is nice just wish I could have a working dishwasher again!

Do not move here! They charge an extraordinarily high amount of money for rent, utilities, pet fee, etc. Their fees keep going up and their services keep decreasing. I moved out last month and they are charging $1,000 to replace the carpeting because they said there was a cat pee smell. Dollar signs are what they see. Do yourself a favor and move somewhere else.

Update 6/29/21: Got our security deposit back and I had a question about a charge against us and have tried calling three times and left a voicemail once and no one has returned my call. Just emailed the manager to hopefully get a returned phone call. For the rent that we paid ($945/month) we had 1990s appliances in a "upgraded and renovated apartment" with issues that needed constant follow up work on. Our only big burner on our stove intermittently worked since move in and the dryer made a horrendous clunking noise for 2 maintenance trips. When it was time to renew the lease, the apartment complex wanted to up rent to $985/month. It isn't worth that much for a 2 bed 2 bath unit that doesn't even have updated appliances. I hope that they plan to renovate the appliances to compensate for the raised rates. We also saw a bill for drip pans for the stove when they were already rusty from when we moved in. During the last few months of our own lease we saw a lot of uhauls leaving likely due to raised rates with little upgrades....

Not worth the money. We have been here for about 7-8 months and our apartment is awful. Damage everywhere, our dishwasher is covered in rust, the washer fills up with nasty smelling water if not ran every day. When maintenance comes to fix things, they leave old parts or messes from the repair behind. The neighborhood is filled with individuals who are smoking weed, so our apartment smells like it constantly. The walls are paper thin so we can hear neighbors tv, music, etc all the time. I could go on and on, but I will say do not waste the money. I wish we could get out of our lease now without spending more money on this dump

Springbrook Meadows Apartments has been great for us. Shannon stayed on top of all requests and arrangements from our first internet interactions. Since our move in, 6 months ago, Shannon and Pat have made sure that any help or repairs were taken care of promptly! The apartment is much larger than we expected with a lot of storage. We are also surprised at how soundproofed the walls are—we forget that we have neighbors. We are very satisfied with our apartment living at Springbrook.

Hi, lived in springbrook meadows for two years. After two years I decided to shift because their stove was on ELECTRICITY AND TRUST ME IT WAS WAY EXPENSIVETHEY DON'T HAVE CROSS VENTILATION AS WELL. THE HOUSES ARE ONE SIDED OPEN . YOU WILL FEEL SUFFOCATED IN WINTERS.AS WE SHIFT THEY CHARGED US LOTS & LOTS OF EXTRA Money AND WHEN WE CALLED FOR THE SETTLEMENT THEY SIMPLY DENIED. And said that "LIFE IS UNFAIR TO EVERY ONE. YOU HAVE TO PAY ALL THE CHARGES “ OTHERWISE THEY WILL TAKE US TO THE COURT . BEFORE SHIFTING WE WENT TO THEIR OFFICE AND ASK THEM TO CHECK WEATHER THE APARTMENT NEEDS ANY EXTRA CLEANING OR FIXING, BUT AT THAT TIME THEY WERE ALL OK . I don’t know what happened after we shifted from their they put so many extra charges. For one year we were paying the installments because the amount was more then $2000. They were NOT AT ALL HELP FULL . VERY VERY UNHAPPY, THE WAY THEY DEAL WITH THEIR OLD TENANTS.
