They took me and immediately and I was paired off with someone who really listened to my needs.The phone that was in need of was no longer being offered but they gave me multiple comparable options to choose from.They were able to provide me with details regarding the alternate phones and was very patient with my decision making.

I cannot tell you how absolutely wonderful Anthony was to me in exchanging my beloved Pixel 8 Pro.I had a very bad (VERY BAD) experience with another T-Mobile store, who not only sold me a used phone, but a used phone that was broken.The Jackson Michigan store was recommended to me for a warranty exchange.I was welcomed warmly. I was treated with kindness and respect.I was issued a replacement phone that was brand new and works perfectly. And I have never been happier.If you need a new phone, I can highly recommend the Google Pixel 8 Pro. Best phone ever !!And I doubly recommend Anthony as your sales rep.He is professional, knowledgeable, articulate, warm, friendly, and will make sure everything is ok before you walk out the door.Rock on !!

Terrible customer service! From the 1st person you meet up to the, very rude, "Store Manager". I was told I might get a call in 5 days to resolve my concern.

This company will lie to get your business, offering services or contract terms they do not offer. Further you then confront the issue and show notes from the store of the offer and reason why you signed up, the CSR will just close your case and not follow through. Do not trust this company. They will even bill you for signing up for terms pressed to, then not refund you f9r catching lies... wow...

This is the worst service. I have tried calling T-Mobile several times to figure out why we are getting a bill still after cancelling their services. I can set up a Business account in a business name and put it in the owners name and they can take payments but wont let me cancel services because they say I am not on the account., when I am the one starting the account. Shame on you T-Mobile...As a business I would never use T-Mobile

Diego was great. He got us in and out fast and helped us get everything set up so it was super easy to use. I cannot recommend this t-mobile store (especially Diego) enough.

Diego assisted in porting me over from AT&T and was very timely, attentive, and explained everything thoroughly. He made it a very positive experience and was able to get me in and out in an hour. 10/10 recommend.

Basically All Male team.. beware Angle will talk you into a Not free phone, add you into a payment plan to pay off your accessories tempered glass, phone case over a year date ? bill cycle and the due date are two different days so your late all the time . You're paying for a month ahead ??
