Came in today for some Christmas gifts and it was super busy. While I was waiting in line an associate came up and checked me out with a cool little piece of modern technology. My dad was in the car so I really appreciate how helpful they were. I don't know the associate's name but I'd like to thank her for making my day!!

I love target , but not you're shipping wait. I have been waiting two weeks for the shoes i ordered. THEY HAVENT EVEN BEEN SHIPPED! SMH!

I had a great experience today! I went in looking for an uncommon item. (A Coraline Replica prop doll) I asked a worker there named Seth, he knew exactly what I was talking about! Even though the doll was moved out of its original spot he went out of his way to go find it, and then seek me out to give her to me! Very thankful! HE DESERVES A RAISE! Good product Knowledge and very friendly.

I went in the restrooms today and had to use the larger stall. I walked in and there was poo on the floor and the seat had poo as well on it. So disappointed! Every time I have gone in there, the bathrooms are very gross! This makes me not want to shop there! Target, you need to do better!!!!!

I have not shopped here in a long time but I take my recycling stuff there and since I walk in the mall for exercise, I sometimes take a lap inside the store. They do carry food now and the snack bar is very popular with the retirees who walk in the mall. They walk from 7-8 am and then start filing into Target's snack bar and chat over coffee. Employees are always friendly and the store is clean.

I went to upgrade/change my cell phone service at Target Mobile because of the promotions that were being offered for what I wanted to do. The promotion was, "Receive $100 Target Gift Card when you activate a new line." I was told by the Target Mobile employee that I cannot use the promo because it would interfere with the carrier promotions that they were running. This does not make any sense to me as they are completely separate promotions. The reason I chose to upgrade my service in the store was to take advantage of the promotions. Otherwise, I would have just went to the actual carrier store. Even when the Target team member was at the screen to select the promotion for the Red Card, he bypassed it and refused to give me the promotion. Going to the actual carrier's store would have most likely saved me time as well. I was in the Target Mobile section for over 2 hours with just trying to transfer & upgrade 4 lines to a new service. This process was long, drawn out, and extremely ineffecient. The Target Mobile team member made me purchase and pay for each device individually, rather than do all 4 at once. The team member also did not verify that the new cell phones were activated and in working order. One of the new phones was not working when we got home and took myself an additional 2 hours to figure out why my new service was not working. I went to Target Mobile to take advantage of four, $100 Target gift card for valid promotions, and what I received was no perk for choosing Target over the actual carrier store and spending an absurd amount of time in the store for a simple process. It is highly unlikely that I will ever utilize this portion of Target again. I am half tempted to return my four devices and go directly to the carrier's store to complete the transaction.
