“The folks here have always taken good care of us, been coming here for about 5 years. This time it turned out to be a loose wire connection. They told me about another part that sounds off and may be going, but didn't try to make me get it done today, and I only had to pay for the diagnostic (which was totally reasonable for a few hours of them looking into an unknown electrical issue and making sure there wasnt anything else causing the intermittent shorts)”
“I purchased a 2005 Dodge Dakota SLT from Jackson Auto Company and worked with Jeff, Don, and Linda. They made buying the vehicle a smooth experience and the negotiations were definitely in my favor. I couldn’t have found a better place to buy a vehicle. If I could give them more than five stars, I would.
When I got the vehicle home, I found some issues. Even though it was sold "as is," Jackson Auto Company still stepped up and took care of everything at no charge. I was shocked by their service. They had me take the vehicle to their sister company, Jackson Auto Service, where I worked with Ben and Crystal, who were also amazing.

“My family and I recently moved to Jackson, I drive a lot for work so my tires have been through it from nails. All this construction has been horrible! I have been to so many tire shops who have tried to scam me, charge me a ridiculous amount and I have to sit and wait for hours. My daughter went in there today in my truck because riding home from school the tire became low. They took care of her right away and plugged the tire, no charge. She told me the people who helped her were great and she didn’t get a shady vibe from them like all the other shops around us. Thank you to you all!”

“Just came in to inquire about getting a tire repair when asked if I got the tire here, I had not, they said it would be 25$. Ask them if they could put air in until I could come back and get it done, they said pull it in they did it for me anyway. Great place and I'll only come here in the future”

“Great work, speedy work, proper work. Not too expensive pretty reasonably priced.
First visit: approx 163k miles, 2011 Chrysler 200....CEL would come on and limp mode periodically. Replaced intake and exhaust cams, worked hard to get them in one day, it was a blizzard but they still got some in all the way from Grand Rapids. They also replaced a ball joint and my ride was much smoother. I paid like $830 I think, pretty reasonable some would have gouged me. Repair to engine has lasted 20k more miles no CEL or limp mode, still running great.
2nd visit: had ABS and stabilitrak lights come on, replaced a wheel bearing, tone ring and sway bar linkage, $777.77, but was done same day and nothing else like 1000 miles later, again riding much more smoothly.
Their employees are friendly, reasonable and professional. If you are in the Jackson area I highly recommend this shop.”
