You lost a 20+ year customer today. I came in to buy a Gamo air rifle. When I got home it was missing the magazine, which made it unable to be used, so I called your location and was told they could not locate it and I could go to Jonesville to return it. Upon arriving at Jonesville the manager told me that would not return an item from another location because "it would just end up in the dumpster and that would be unfair to that store" so I called your location again to be told "it is up to the manager if they would return or exchange the item and I needed to return there (Airport rd.) to return it"
After driving 1+ hours because of poor customer service I went to Blaine's Farm and Fleet purchased it there and returned the one I bought from you. Blaine's price matched and has all the products I get from you so I will be shooping there from now on!

I went in a few weeks ago looking for Rocks : They did not have them out for season yet . A very nice young lady helped me . I forgot her nsne but the manager knows because I called . She took time took me out back and let me pick out what I wanted anyways . She was very patient and helpful . And absolutely did not have to take me to the back . Also helped me inside finding what I need . Everyone was very friendly but the young lady who helped me shocked me for being so young and having great customer service !

Nathan was super friendly and helpful. Store was clean and had tons of products. Great sale on pet foods. Large selection of horse treats (including to low sugar kind I was looking for). The pet wash actually has quality shampoos for use.

Talk about a 10 out of 10 experience. I called around looking for a niche product and they didn't have it but they helped me find it somewhere else. Needless to say I will absolutely be coming back here for other needs in the future! Thank you! *Product was a "Pumpkin Gutter"

placed a pickup order for one thing, never got an estimated pick up time, and i tried calling to see if i could get one. i called twice and nobody picked up. i didnt think it would take hours to get together one bag of pine pellets, if i had known that, i would've just went in and bought it.
