Quick service, quality work, and genuine customer service.My car broke down and got towed, I came into the shop desperate to figure out what was wrong with my car two hours before they closed and they diagnosed, sourced the parts, and serviced it quickly and at a extremely competitive price! As a women, it is hard to trust auto shops as they tend to take advantage price wise. Vision on the other hand is hands down the best experience I have ever had involving anything to do with my car. The gentlemen working were respectful and kind. I recommend this auto shop to any and all.”

“While visiting in Jackson from out of state, my car started making noises from underneath and the more I drove it, the worse it got, and the more afraid I was to drive it. It was late afternoon and I had to get back home. I called Tamrox Automotive and they told me to bring in. The young lady working there, I believe her name was Kelly was super nice and the mechanics got my car fixed in no time! If I ever have problems with my car again while I'm up there, I'm definitely taking it to Tamrox, and I highly recommend them to everybody in Jackson! They are awesome!”

“Honest, great customer service and quality work at a very fair price! Would highly recommend!Our Experience:We took our 11 year old Traverse to them as it was overheating from a bad radiator and dead fan. They quoted us a very fair price, I thanked them but I told them we just weren't sure it was worth repairing as it was already having some transmission issues. (We had been told by 2 other places we needed a new transmission and we were just driving it till it died, as a new transmission cost more then what the vehicle was worth).So they went back out to the vehicle and checked on it, repaired a cable for us fixing the transmission issues. (We had a hard time believing that it was fixed but after driving it home and couple times around home so as not to overheat it, we realized the transmission was fine, it really was just the cable)!So then we scheduled to come back and have the radiator and fan repaired. They repaired both those items in less time then they anticipated and did an oil change for us, then charged us less than the original quote!I have never had a mechanic save me so much money in unnecessary repairs, complete a task timely and accurately, and then charge less money for the work they quoted. They have our business for life!”

“I recently had to have an engine replaced in my car after someone dropped a piece of scrap metal in the road. It punctured a hole in my oil pan and caused the engine to throw a rod after losing all its oil. Paul was able to find an engine quickly and have the old engine replaced in a matter of two days! Not only did Buz’s Auto do great work but they came in under the price quoted!! Not to often can a female go into a garage and not be taken advantage of (for not knowing much about cars) and be treated fairly, but that is exactly what happened at Buz’s Auto.
