I went in with a very unconventional style in mind, one that Karen admitted she had never done before- and yet she pulled it off perfectly! I really appreciated how friendly and honest she was. She advised me against bleaching my hair in it’s current state instead of taking the money and leaving my strands fried like some people would’ve done.
