Have been working with True to setup Trust. It has been a nightmare!!! They closed accounts that were to stay open for auto pay resulting in fees to account.
After a lengthy phone conversation with person(s) at Clinton Road branch, I told them I was coming in to resolve the issues. After I arrived, they told me someone would be contacting me to setup an appointment. I let them know I was very displeased their service and I also asked why they didn’t tell me on the phone that an appointment needed to be Set up instead of me drive all the way in.
So far no resolution to our families trust accounts and am waiting for a phone call to drive back in and get this taken care of. NOT IMPRESSED!!!

I have a new loan with this bank. It has been a headache trying to pay on it! It's a mess, from the staff all the way down to the app! Do not use this bank!

Is this even fair? I had an account with them in 2003 that was charged off and today I tried to become a member again 1-4-2023 and was denied. Hannah told me it was forever. Huh? Who does business this way? I have been with 2 banks for years now with no issues and even rebuilt my credit. I've had car loans approved and paid off early too. It's okay Hannah I'm gonna stay with my 2 banks now.

Change of name to TRUE and online banking changes caused poor results. Website and app on mobile not user friendly and confusing Incorrect balance shows some of the time on app. Previous memos entered before they changed are wiped. Enter a memo in app and it does not appear there, but does appear on website. Enter memo on website and it may or may not appear there, but never appears in app. I reported by phone, email and in person, and no one could help. Someone made a note, but no resolution. I was told that no one else has experienced the same.

This is the bank I have my auto loan through and they rock. I got my loan here on the advice of an actual banker so you know if a banker is recommending it you're getting the best deal you can get. Their drive thru is fantastic if your adverse to getting out of your car because of the Rona! Shout-out to Kayla who has got some of the best customer artifice skills I've seen!

I went into the credit union to start an account when I over heard employees talking about their love for Anitfa. I ask the employee about this comment and their response was that most if not all the employees support Antifa and that the credit union gives money is support if Antifa. I walk out after this and encourage anyone who has an account with them to close it immediately.

I am very dissatisfied and disgusted with this business. We were one month behind on our payments and our second payment was not due yet, and they repossessed our quad. We will never ever deal with them or buy anything through them ever again. We were actually going to catch it up that day. They were rude, and we were told the repo fees were more that the payment and were told to pay it off. The fact is they had no right to be able to do that without ever sending us any written confirmation. They claimed they tried to call. That is completely illegal, and I hope they enjoy the Better Business Complaint that we are filing, along with a complaint with the Licensing Bureau. It is so wrong that businesses like that are allowed to be licensed and insured in Michigan. It just so irritated me that we were one month behind. Well, they have done made us mad and everyone I know will hear every legal way that I can find how shady this credit union is.
