Trailer door ripped off on the highway 2 days after rental. Completely broke off the hinges and our stuff flew out. It broke even though we did frequent checks of our trailer at every gas station.Roadside assistance was helpful. But it should have never happened in the first place.

Scheduled an appointment with with your call to get a trailer hitch in lights installed they quoted me $165 showed up for my appointment when everything was said and done only half of the job was completed and now they're refusing to fix what they did not finish which would be my light assembly. They are rude they have children working in the store didn't communicate at all with anybody had to wait over 15 minutes just to hand in my keys and at that point nothing was said to me at all in regards to any work that was being done on my car they just said it would be done in 45 minutes

Customer service is beyond horrible. Never showed me where the truck was or how to operate then berated me when I didn't bring it back where they wanted it. The 2 guys in the morning were not professional. Will never use this company or recommend this company again.

So I rented a van for 24 hrs, I dropped the van off the next morning at 5 am, which is hours before my time was up, 2 days later I find a 260.00 dollar charge on my account because they say they didn't check the van in on time because the key was behind the gas tank lid, but I called them and they found the key and everything but the charge of 260.00 that's still on my card,and they took days to get back with me after I called, I'm still waiting to this day, 5 days later still haven't got my money back.

Keys weren’t left so we had to drive another 3 hours round trip the next day to get the truck. Other than that everything was all good.

Don't ever think you can call and talk to somebody at the actual facility where you're belongings are because they have the phone forwarded....so unprofessional The operator couldn't even pull up my info or find me in system I've had the unit for almost a year ?

U-haul in general are pretty reliable. This store is clean and pretty organized. But and yes there is a but the staff is probably the worst!!! Your treated with the most disrespect as I ever seen from a business or even a human for that matter. Maybe they would get more business if they where more professional attitude instead of being disrespected as a customer. Hopefully you have a better experience than we did oh it wasn't just once a was a few weekends that we recently rented.

Uhaul prides themselves in refunding for any supplies you buy that are not used. It’s written in all their boxes. This location would not honor my refund of unused boxes and packing supplies. I would give 0 stars if that was an option.

As usual, the service is horrible at the store. The people who are supposedlly work at this location to serve customer are either very poorly trained or simply don't care. If you go there, just remember that the customer is always wrong and if there is a problem it's your fault. I know that in these times its hard to find help, but come-on U-haul!
