Staff makes everyone feel VERY unwelcome. They lie, say they have no perfume samples. Interesting. The day before, when I was dressed up, name brand purse spent 300 dollars another sales rep was running over with lotion and perfume samples. I saved 100% at Ulta that day. I bought nothing. Sorry I didn't for your criticized critique. Not informative. Unwelcomimg women acting better than everyone. I didn't mean to bother them hiding in the back. I hope they close the wasted ride space. I've been multiple times each is the same

Every single time I go to this store I feel like I am bothering the employees. Mostly rude -can't explain anything about the products I ask about. Not friendly, not helpful. It's unfortunate ULTA can't do a better job hiring their employees.
