USPS IN JACKSON IS SCAMMING. Just this year myself and neighbors have had many packages misdelivered or marked “delivered” and never arrived. I had two bubble packages delivered with contents stolen. SUBMITTED COMPLAINT, NO RESPONSE.

FYI, primary postal worker at the desk is a petty betty and needs to be moved away from working with people. He is biased and a bigot and definitely prefers males over females. Every single time I walk in to mail something, he makes me wait behind other clients and not even in turn. One time I came in carrying a heavy package while very pregnant and he was extremely unpleasant and refused to mail my package without paying for a priority box which I then had to repackage and purchase separate tape. I left in tears... This most recent time I came in with my child and was in line and he was very petty and was about to make me wait behind someone who was completing a label at the counter when that customer told me I could go first (very kind when with a young child). This postal worker has the 100% worst customer service. Please remove him. I will be filing a complaint with higher management.
