“I felt like I was being scammed by vca. 600 for a hot spot. 3 visits and I kept mentioning my 8 month old Rottweilers hips. Something wasnt right. Kept having me come back so almost 300 a visit. Gaides was amazing but switched and not good anymore. Crossroads noticed instantly that he stands with his feet together and its not normal. My baby has been in pain for 3 months because his leg joint is slipping out of his hip. They showed me other xrays of what is normal to help me understand his. Very caring and loving team. I was crying for my boy and even got a comforting hug. They print out information on what could be going on with your baby so you are aware and also explain why they feel they need to do the testing they are requesting. Googled it and they are on point for everything they said. The other vet didnt give me anything. Just a greed for money. I want my baby to be better and you just have me keep coming back. The love they gave to my boy also made him feel comfortable and welcomed. I have heard so many people talk about how good crossroads was and I have been trying since 2001 to get in. That has to tell you something. I can definitely see why now they are always full to not accept new patients sometimes. If you can get in definitely go here. By far for my rescued pets they have been the best I've taken them to. Ohh not to mention I've never seen or heard of this before but they took a video of my pup and sent it out for a second opinion. WOW IM MIND BLOWN. Ohh not to mention i have 3 stray kitties and 3 other resue pups and the other vet wouldn't send a rx to meijer instead made me pay $76 even when I asked because there was supposedly nothing else they could give me and crossroads gave me an rx and a coupon so I only paid a little over 19 and didnt have to ask for it and it is helping him better than the one vca prescribed. Absolutely take your pet here. So im editing this to also say they arent out to get your money. I called yesterday balling my eyes out because of my pups hip and leg is getting worse and cant get him into the specialist they recommend so they are on it. Reaching out to another one and trying to get him help. Researching both of the specialist they have the highest ratings. I have never in my life had such good vet care or anyone that cared enough about my babies. My freaking heart. I will NEVER go anywhere else. Been to 4 other vets in my lifetime by far THE BEST. Rottweiler went through 4 different homes in 4 months and was abused he dont deserve anyone but the best. Im thankful for you crossroads animal clinic”

“Before scheduling my cats yearly appointment I received a call from the secretary here- I informed them I was looking for a different vet because of cost and they told me I had a “100$ credit on my account if that made any difference.” I said it did make a difference and scheduled an appointment. Imagine my surprise when after attending my appointment today they told me my credit had expired, the office worked with us and were able to fix the issue. They were very prompt. I appreciate them and their professionalism.”

Dr. Sue is our official vet and she was patient and kind with me and answered all my questions at our appointment last week. The vet tech that discharged us was equally as patient and kind about answering my discharge questions. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!”

“I took my Chihuahua Lotus to them because he was coughing, and was having trouble breathing for about one day. They checked him over,and said he has Congestive Hart Failure. They gave me medication for his . With in about 10 hours he was about 95% better. It's been about 7 weeks since his problem, and he is 100%better. They are a Great place to take your pet to.”

“Our Bella went in for a minor surgery to remove a lump from her paw. Two days later she stopped eating...anything, even ice cream, hot dogs, etc. I was giving her droppers full of water. She ended back at Kibby Park Animal Hospital for blood work, IVs, etc. After much investigation, Dr. Halsey determined it was a gastro problem and started treatment for the malady. A few hours later, Bella was ready to eat and she is now on the road to recovery. Thanks to all the staff at Kibby Park Animal Hospital for all their kindness and concern!”

“Wish I could give a million stars. My gsd Buz has always struggled at the vet due to a traumatic vet experience (Concord) when he was a pup. Our vet was phenomenal and the vet assistant (Emma) was absolutely, positively, the best person for our situation with our boy who struggles with getting his vaccinations. She was patient, calm, and so beyond sweet - for the first time I feel like we found the right place to take my baby. He got every vaccine today, we were shocked… Emma is absolutely fantastic and she genuinely cares about making the experience as comfortable as possible for you and your pet. Also, they provided high quality treats and Emma even brought in a frozen peanut butter lick mat to help Buzzy feel as comfortable as possible. Also, their Hills treats are his new favorite and they sell them there - we bought two big bags! We won’t ever go anywhere else! If you’re scared or your pet has vet trauma, please give them a try and ask for Emma! ? She does not disappoint!
