Set appointments for wife and myself waited 1/2 hour after the appointment time and was walking out then they decided they had my wifes paperwork but not mine and we where together had to start over, NOT RETUNING THIS STORE, SCREWED UP

This place seriously SUCKS. I need a prescription for a procedure I'm having tomorrow and my doctor sent this medication to them days ago. It's still "in progress" so I haven't been able to pick it up. And of course today's Sunday and they close at 6pm and I don't get out of work that early. Thanks a lot a holes for not filling it DAYS AGO

This location has been a complete joke the last few times I’ve needed them.I’ll get the call that my prescription is ready and when I get there they tell me it’s not.Staff is completely incompetent and extremely rude. This will be the last time I use Walgreens.

Don't waste your time if you actually need your prescription the same day! I unfortunately was going out of town when I got sick the morning I was leaving. I saw a doctor and they called in the prescription around noon. I was thinking it can't take more than a few hours to fill but I was wrong. There was nothing they could do so I'm leaving town without it. The person in front of me was asking about having theirs sent somewhere else and it sounded like that was going to take even longer! It was my mistake for even using them after my past experiences with them.

This stores pharmacy is a complete joke. Go ahead and choose a different pharmacy because this place will have you waiting days. No one here does there job. There is no reason it takes 2 days to fill a prescription, it's just putting pills in a bottle and putting a sticker on a bag. Ridiculous.

Went to pick up a prescription..met with a person wearing a t shirt at the window..Pushing a woke agenda.. diversity is beautiful..Unfortunately for Walgreens. They have permanently lost my business..

I called the pharmacy to file a complaint, and they wouldn't even hear me out and rushed me off the phone. bad look for a pharmacy.

I have just made my last purchase at this store. I have been getting prescriptions at Walgreens for over 10 years. I don't need monthly refills on anything, just prescriptions for this and that once in a while. I got a new prescription for Wegovy (which is prescribed for weight loss). I needed a pre-authorization from my insurance company due to it being so pricey. I called Walgreens automated line and it said my script was ready, and it'd be $1600+. When I went to pick it up, the pharmacist retrieved to med and gave me the total I owed. I asked if my insurance was billed for it and she said it was declined. And that it was only covered if I am Type 2 Diabetic. I told he that Ozempic is the one that is strictly for diabetes and Wegovy is prescribed for weight management. She told me that I was wrong. (Which I was NOT wrong). I asked her what I should do at this point and she replied that maybe I should try Weight Watchers or something. I was appalled and insulted at her insensitivity. I left the store feeling defeated, but decided to call my insurance company. They assured me that it is a covered med, as long as there is a pre-authorization, and they were just waiting for the letter from my physician. Also, the insurance man I spoke with told me that, indeed, Wegovy was for weight loss and Ozempic was for Type 2 Diabetes. It certainly seems that a pharmacist would know this. I have since picked up the medication (the authorization came through) and relayed this story to the pharmacy tech. I wish I would have gotten the name of the pharmacist so I could single her out. I will be moving all my future pharmacy needs to Rite Aid.

The most unpleasant pharmacy I have ever talked too. The first lady I talked to was snotty and rude. I will never call back again.

Make an appointment for COVID test and then I send a drive-thru for a half hour only to be told to drive around that it won't be ready for another 15 minutes now I've been in line for another 30 minutes mind you I made the appointment 6 hours prior and I don't know how it couldn't be ready they're not making it

Staff were friendly store wasn't crowded didn't have what I was after but I found a substitute but the prices are sky high store always clean
