49 dollars for a web cam doctor without telling you hey your appointment is setup without an actual doctor. You should know before you show up they're pulling this crap.

Everybody here is very nice and friendly. They do an excellent job. The prices are very affordable. It is not hard to get an appointment and the office in the area is nice and clean and there is lots of parking in the mall parking lot. I highly recommend this place.

They lucky they got 1 star. I told them that all I needed was an eye exam which is free they still billed my insurance and tried to charge me a copay. I wont go back.

Upon arrival, I was directed to sit in the mall due to the number of customers in the store, and I would be called for my appointment. That didn't happen, as I noticed other people going into the store, I went back and was told to wait just a little longer. As I went into the store, there were other people waiting with me, they were told to come in and have a seat. After the eye exam, I must state here that the doctor was very nice and caring, I was then seated and told someone would be with me soon. I sat there for more than 30 minutes, while the staff waited on other people who came in after I did, and had not even seen the doctor. When they finally got around to me, I asked for my prescription and left. I was the only person of color in the store. I will never go there again, and will advise anyone else not to go there.

Karen & Michelle were wonderful. Kelly on the other hand was rude. I didn't like my lenses, I went in to tell them I was having a hard time adjusting to them. She had an attitude, and didn't understand why I didn't like them. Kelly told me to try them out a little longer, I did. a week later went in, I told her I didn't like the tint or the izon, she didn't take any information down just said okay. They sent them in, I went back to pick them up, walked outside they still had the tinting in them. They had to send them back again. After about two months of waiting and 5 stops later they finally got it right. Probably will never go back to them, worst experience I've ever had & I've been wearing glasses for 10+ years.

Karen Harner was wonderful and beyond helpful during my visit there the other day. Took the time to make sure I was fully satisfied with my choice in glasses.

Took my prescription to them because they had frames I liked. Took over an hour for them to "get it in the computer right." They didn't get it right. Frames came in a week later, but they forgot to call me. After calling and finding they were there, went in to find they'd done the prescription wrong. Sent the glasses back. They forgot to call again. I called and picked them up. Agressively upsold me to some coatings on the glasses. AFter a year those coatings start to fog on the INSIDE of the glasses. No way to clean or get off. Defective. Take the glasses back, and they say they will check on manufacturer...they agree...definately defective. You got it...they don't call back. It's three weeks later and I call them today. They have no recollection of me coming in, but because I've had the glasses a year there's nothing they can do. Sorry...but you could have done something to them...might not be defective. YIKES. Obviously won't be back.

I thought I set up an appointment online, I think I made a mistake somehow and didn't actually have an appointment. I got to the store thinking I had one and they let me fill out paper work and sit for 45 minutes before telling me there was a mistake. They told me I could wait in the store for the next 4 hours and hope for a cancellation or come back for a later appointment. It was my mistake to begin with but I'm frustrated with how they handled the situation. No one wants to sit around and wait for 4 hours. I have better things to do.

Always trying to push unnecessary ads ons instead of listening to the customer. I had two different insurances I was using for contacts, frames, and lenses. Instead of listening to me tell them that I'm trying to keep it as cheap as possible, they went ahead and charged me $55 for the contact lens fit and follow up instead of using the other insurance that was $0. Then when we were "building" my glasses, the sales associate decided to use the "thinner lenses with a non glare coating" for around $250 instead of sticking with the $0 co-pay polycarbonate lenses like I originally said. When I told her to take that off she gave me attitude and miraculously my frames and lenses only cost $43.99. I am taking my prescription elsewhere and I will never do business here again.
