DO NOT WORK HERE!!
My boyfriend, who is currently sick so I am writing this for him, just got fired for calling out sick. He called in everyday of the days he was out (3 days total) as he was told to and they fired him without even calling him. He checked his app to make sure his hours were correct for last week and it would not allow him to sign in saying the account was "disabled", I encouraged him to call a team lead and he did, this is when he learned he had been fired with ZERO calls, texts, or any kind of notice.
They had him working 9+ hours a day in the delivery/pickup area with minimal breaks even though they had him working out in 80 and 90 degree weather. The amount of times he told me a female coworker was hitting on him and he made it clear he was uncomfortable and in a relationship is insane, he reported her and nothing was done. On top of that the managers do not care about you. He told me that they would get yelled at for leaning or sitting in down time but if you were a friend of the manager you could go hide out in the bathroom for 30+ minutes multiple times a day. There was one day where the managers sent 3 of the 5 people working on breaks/lunches at the same time leaving the newer employees (my bf and another new guy) to do a bunch of work during a pickup rush and none of them lifted a finger. It like reminded me of fraternity hazing to see how much people would put up with for a paycheck to make ends meet. its sick, disgusting, and cruel.
Do not work here, no matter how desperate you are, I promise you the pay is never worth is here. I feel horrible for anyone that works here and has to go through this...

So many employees and most of them look clueless. Just simply trying to return bottles took AN HOUR because they have 2/4 machines working the others just needed to be changed out for a new bin… I lost my place in line to go say something, another person in line went and I even CALLED from the line. They sound just as dumb over the phone because nobody ever came. All of them useless! Too many employees standing around and not even willing to help… everybody wanna “call the right person”

They do not answer their phone, ever. Called twice for at least 5 minutes. I asked an associate if they have telescopes and he kind of just looked at me like I was dumb, and said i don’t know all of that is in the sports section. No effort to help, didn’t seem like he wanted to be here. Per usual, this place lets me down. Literally the scum of Jackson.
