Literally 11/10 experience! They were all so kind and Rosie is a pro, her designs are out of this world. I never write reviews for anything ever but i swear i will be back here so much. I haven’t ever trusted anyone with my nails as much as i do with them. PLEASE go here.

My first set of nails from here didn’t last two weeks before one came off. That’s never happened to me before.
Called to get an appt on my day off. My appt was for noon. I arrived at 11:58 am.
Was encouraged to look at nail colors, as I notice there’s 3 people in Chairs waiting to get their sets finished.
I had asked how much longer the wait was and we were told she just had to paint someone’s nails before she could move to start my appt.
I’m not really sure why they let you make appointments when they’re not honored?
After a half hour of sitting and not getting started, I left.
I love the work Rosie does but they don’t have enough staff on hand for the walk-ins they’re accepting in between the scheduled appointments.

My absolute favorite nail salon in Jackson!! Best pedicures and Rosie is so creative on my fingernails. I give her half of an idea, and her creativity delivers EVERY TIME. Staff are so nice and welcoming.

Got builder gel, which at first looked cute had an opal color but within a week my nails separated from the gel and 6 out of 10 nails cracked - damaged my real nails. I usually get builder gel and have no issues for 3-4 weeks. So I spent way more than I would have and had to get my nails done again.

Everytime I go here I receive exceptional service. There is an older woman who is not as fast paced as normal, but still very nice. She's not great, she's cut my cuticles too far! I just request a different person and they will accommodate. I love this place and it's the only place in town I get my toes and nails done on a regular basis! They have a check-in system and rewards, plus a bonus birthday discount. I've been coming here for about three years now. Very clean, very professional! Also, most speak English! Which is a huge bonus. I never leave here feeling like I wasn't understood. They can execute complex designs from pictures to just a standard French tip or polish color.

A beautiful job. I had one person for pedicure and one for manicure. Both did a great job and took their time. I'm very pleased!

I've only been to a couple of nail salons around Jackson and Z Nails is by far the best place! The environment and staff were great. I didn't feel rushed. I would recommend highly! I went in with my friend and they put us next to each other so we could talk 😁
My total just for the nails (shape and one color) was $55 cash. $58 for card is if you choose to do that.

Absolutely love how my nails turned out. Super friendly staff and inviting environment. Such a refreshing change compared to other nail salons. I have found my regular salon now 😌

This was my first professional nail experience and it was great! Rosie took my inspo picture and made it even better, it was a super quick, thorough, and detailed service while being very affordable! In addition the atmosphere was perfect for an introvert like myself!

Had an excellent experience here with Lee he did a wonderful job on my nails with slack he was very precise and gentle. Definitely will be coming back my nails are beautiful. Needed the time for relaxing thank you so much.
