“We LOVE our new hot tub. Our salesman, Jordan, made the whole process so enjoyable. He asked great questions, walked us through each of the hot tubs that met our needs, knew the answers to every question we had, and was patient with our young kids when they had questions. He even stayed late to make sure we didn't feel rushed into the purchase. The delivery team did a fantastic job of making sure we knew how to operate and care for the tub as well.
