“We had our van battery die at the gas pump a couple weeks ago and had to get a jump. We immediately drove to the nearest AutoZone and Brittany installed a new battery for us within just a few minutes-- she was amazing!”
“Great guys, great service. Steve and Zander were very knowledgeable and friendly. The company was great to work with and did a great job installing. Running boards and a new Leer Tonneau cover. Couldn't be happier.”
“Highly recommend!! The staff here was super friendly and helpful. Brought our van to get fixed and got it done before it was supposed to. Let us know everything that was happening. Picked up our van and was spotless!!! Definitely will be coming back if need to”
“I was looking for a very specific part (to connect an AC recharge line to a vacuum pump) and could not find it anywhere, nor could anyone at the hardware department of a very large hardware store close by figure out what I needed. The gentleman at Kenowa Auto Value knew exactly what I needed and retrieved it from the back room within seconds. I was very thankful and impressed. I was frustrated that no one knew how to help me at other locations.”
“Great experience. Vince was very kind, helpful and called to let me know there would be a small delay in my front end parts.
I read a few bad reviews from this company and realized some customers you can never make happy no matter how hard you try! Very glad I called.
Keep up the good work guys!”

“The service member politely and efficiently tested/checked our battery and was honest and told us our battery was still good. I think this is important because he could have lied and said we needed a new expensive battery.”
“Friendly and helpful , but need a larger variety of stock in oil filters. They had the oil filter for my 1997 buick century , but did not have the filters for my 2008 for f250 diesel or my 2009 honda vtx1300t motorcycle.”
“I went to the Jenison store on 2/24/24.The 2 gentleman and lady working were VERY helpful! Check engine light came on in my son's car. They checked the light, and it was the canister purge valve.Checked ytube, and it was a part that looked like I could replace myself. Went back to them, and they had the part. I was able to replaced it. Then I took the terminals off the battery to reset the check engine light, and the hot wire broke off in my hand it was so corroded.I was trying to unscrew the negative cable, and the nut broke off as I was turning it fromthe corrosion. I went back to O'Reilly, and they actually had the exact lead I needed. They were also able to match up the exact bolt and screw that broke off.I was able to replace the cables. Kudos to all three!!”
