“I filled out the maintenance request late Thursday evening, maintenance was there Friday morning. They immediately assessed the situation and came up with a solution, They stopped back early afternoon to double check that the issue was resolved, and even double checked with me Monday afternoon.
I am very impressed with the maintenance teams quick action, they are always professional and make you aware of what resolution you should expect.”

Ed and Tim are incredible with maintenance requests and have always been here to fix something within 24 hours- usually same day!!! We are very grateful to have landed at Savannah Trace.”

The property is clean and the units are spacious. They have a pool, covered parking, dishwasher, washer and dryers in units. Still affordable as well. The property is well maintained by maintenance and groundskeeper. There is a park nearby so nice location for people with dogs.”
“Hours long wait to move in. The apartment and common areas were filthy. Both screens were broken, the dishwasher leaked, the shelves were missing the pegs to hold them up, washer and dryer subpar. What appeared to be mold on the hallway ceiling. A sewage leak within the first two weeks of move in. Unsanitary water came up through the floor in the entranceway and kitchen. Smelled horrible. Terrible communication from management. It took two weeks to get moved. Two weeks of living in unsanitary conditions. Many, many phone calls, emails and office visits. Awful communication from mgmt, lies from mgmt. They never answer emails or return calls. Still waiting to talk to someone to discuss a rent credit due to hazardous living conditions. No response from anyone. Completely unacceptable.
Edit: The new property manager (Nicole) is wonderful. She communicated promptly and was able to secure a resolution that was acceptable to us.”
“Really nice place! You can tell the staff genuinely care about the tenants and are always really nice when you come into the leasing office. The parking lot and entrances are really lit up which makes you feel safe when coming in and out of the building and they have key fobs so that only tenants can get in and out. They provide parking stickers and guest parking too. For the price, this is a great place to live. Other areas charge more for less so I'm very pleased with Main Street Property and its management.”
“The apartments are high quality for the price compared to surrounding available apartments, but the management is sometimes hard to get ahold of. However, they have been very good about snowplowing and even salting the sidewalks right up to your doorway.”
“My husband and I signed a year lease about a year ago, and actually ended up resigned for the unit we had originally wanted. The complex is very quiet, and we have some pretty nice and courteous neighbors as well. The place is usually pretty quiet and peaceful, so I think it’s easy for people to get startled when there are kids being kids and having fun or families having a get together or a little party but nothing out of the ordinary. Maintenance is amazing, and even though management is not onsite the communication is pretty good although it could be more prompt, I asked a question about some charges that were added to my account about a week ago and have not heard back yet. We love seeing all of the pets that live here and feel pretty secure all around. The kitchens are comically small and my biggest pain point are those slat blinds but it’s an easy work around. Overall very happy to have found this place especially for Kalamazoo!”

“Seldom I leave reviews, but because of the professionalism and kindness/patience I experienced with leasing an apartment with a particular individual I felt compelled to. Being A recent college grad from New York moving to Kalamazoo, I was somewhat anxious in finding housing that is in a good area and affordable. When I called to Inquire about housing at 58 West, I was greeted by Sierra, who Guided me throughout the leasing process and took me step-by-step over the phone on which arrangement would be best suitable for my needs and how to sign up. Coming from the service industry, and having a degree in hospitality, I can sense when someone is genuine and helpful… And Sierra was exactly that. I just wanted to give recognition to where it’s due and state that she is a credit to the company. They’re lucky to have someone like her. Good service should always be rewarded. Thanks again”
