Kinda whack that rents almost $1,200 and there’s no central A/C, thin walls, no onsite management, dogs barking, people not picking up after their dogs, it’s not worth the rent. Also when they renovated they skipped over important things with electrical, like setting up outlets correctly, labeling the breaker.
