Today, May 28th around 5:00, I went to the Gull Road AT and T store. The manager was mean and incompetent. I asked for help getting my new phone started. They never informed my account. I wanted to return a phone case and replace it with a nicer looking one. I never received a receipt for the one I bought Saturday with the nice manager who tried to help me. The manager refused to look up the receipt and was incredibly rude. I left and went to the West main store. It was totally different service. Jaylyn looked up my account and there was the re wilt. He did the exchange of cases and competently got my new phone started. This is the difference in customer service. I’m so sorry the manager on Tuesday was put out by doing his job. He said I wanted extra exceptions by looking up the receipt I did not receive. It is important to note that the manager on Saturday really tried to help me out at Gull but the trotted tomato needs to be removed.

Amazingness! These guys saved the day! Had a bit of a melt down when my phone completely froze up on me. Drove to the store immediately and within 30 seconds they had me up and running again. Also, they showed me what to do in case it ever happens again.

Made errors with name on the phone, payment options, and next upgrade request. I had to call the customer service twice as of today and call again after 14 days to cancel the next upgrade options - I requested for one but they charged for all three lines.

SKIP THIS LOCATION!!! If I could have no stars this place would be it. The “manager” who refused to give his name, or the name of his supervisor tried to convince us that being in airplane mode disabled Wi-Fi on our iPhones and it went downhill from there. Rude, yep. Condescending, check. Not knowledgeable, another check. Went to Drake Rd and it was a different planet and had our questions answered and new SIM cards installed by super respectful service rep.

Purchased my phone through them and part of the package was I could get free screen protector replacement. Went today and they said now it’s 10.00 extra. Big red flag and fraud. DO NOT GO THERE!!!
