Thought I needed a new charger or even a new phone but the staff member realized there was a very small hard round object in side the phone charger outlet. Took it out and it works great! No charge. Appreciate the great customer service!!

Went in today, 30mins before closing, and was met with great energy and expertise from Sawyer. He practiced unreasonable hospitality and made my daughter and I feel proud to be with AT&T! Hopefully he ends up leading a store so that he can inspire and equip others on providing 5 star service!
